To start with you are going to need to get a modeling program to import the model you want to mess with from GTA in. GTA normally you see a lot of people using Zmodeler but for Arma it is suggested you use a program like 3DS Max or Maya (3DS being the one used more often) then you need to get the Arma tools specifically Oxygen 2 so that you can import the model into Arma. Keep in mind however you will have to redo some things on the model with 3DS Max and O2 like the lights because the lighting system and controls for those systems are not the same in Arma. Someone else might know more then I do about Arma modeling and could help you more because I never got to deep into it but I do know those are the programs you will need (oxygen 2) or are strongly suggested to use (3DS max).

No it doesn't in fact there is a part in the Doctrine which addresses it directly stating that the US would not interfere or involve itself with colonies/states/or nations that have already been founded by European nations such as Canada. We protect Canada as they protect us through alliances between the US and Canada, one of which is NATO. ISIS also isn't even a European colonizing/imperial nation/state so it also isn't relevant on those ground either. Now don't get me wrong may Canada and US continue to be friends but the Doctrine is not why we do it, its the alliances we hold with each other.

This is a can of worms, not saying this topic shouldn't exist but I don't see this getting to any end result because as you said its opinions in the US and that is going to very a lot from person to person. I have my own opinions like everyone else and not going to lie every time I see this subject my head starts spinning from all of the insanity. Lots of people thinking their opinion is right and others are wrong; lots thinking they know what is real fact when its not fact (on both sides) and lots of fighting... lots of fighting. I wish there to be a civilized chat about this but someone always is going to take something as hostile to them or their ideas on the internet.

Yea I don't think complaining that a company doesn't sell something is going to have much of a point to it. If you don't like what they are doing then out of protest sure you could not buy from them. How effective that is put aside that is a choice someone has, if enough people dislike their choice and do that then maybe Walmart would change its mind or maybe they just go out of business. Yes Walmart is choosing to not sell something for political reasons okay that is the private company's choice, they aren't breaking the law choosing not to get that item is stock anymore. There are other products which Walmart and other stores don't have in stock because of reasons like this or just because of the inability to get a contract signed. for example Walmart sells Totino's pizza, but they don't sell Mama Cozzi's Pizza (at lest that I know of) so when you want Mama Cozzi's you don't go to someplace that sells Mama Cozzi's. There could be many reasons they don't sell that pizza but for whatever reason Walmart decided on they don't sell it, that's their right as a private company. So as for the flag (not even gonna talk about what the flag is/supposedly a symbol of) they sell US American flags but not CSA flags, that is what they made the choice on. If you want one find a store that sells it. If you feel that stores price is to high you can tell them that maybe they'll consider changing it, that's all anyone can do. So yea as Divine and Cyan said there is other stores.

No because (and yes I know your going to point to the bill of rights but put that aside for the moment) as a example if the supreme court ruled (which it did) that states could not prevent people to not vote based on race, or any matter that discriminates against one in any applied way to that matter, then its ruling becomes law that anyone can vote no matter what their race is. So in this instance because they are saying people can not be discriminated against by the state for the right to marriage because of their sexual orientation. This in legal terms then implies that anyone may get married no matter their sexual orientation.

well social security and tax laws you'll find under.. social security and tax laws which are federal. as for Judicial Review it was never put in the Constitution it was a concept that came about later and was made as a extension of the courts powers given to it as the highest court in the land. That in and of it self is a topic that is up in the air by those who are nit picky about constitution law but if one that is pretty set in stone. And yes congress tried to limit Judicial Review and say it was unconstitutional back in the 1880's but that didn't go far because the senate argued over it so much worrying that it wouldn't pass because then the courts would rule that law unconstitutional. Yes the courts do have a lot of power and very little in the ways of checks and balances on them but you need to remember the founding fathers wanted it that way. They worried that if the other branches got to hands onto the courts they would become to political and not focus on law. It is a very big and complex system and the Constitution and Bill of Rights is only the foundation on which many other laws are based. There is a reason why the BAR is a hard thing for people to pass, because it is so complex.

From my limited understanding on Federal law with marriage having been a pre-law student, the federal government has control over marriage as a definition based on social security laws and tax laws. Because you need to file with both as to your status as single or not the need for a regulated unified system for marriage gives the Supreme Court power over this through Judicial review as all state and federal courts of law are subject to being lesser courts to the supreme court which has power to overrule lower courts. This means that any state court can have its ruling changed by the Supreme Court of the United States and it becomes law.

I wonder if it would be a weapon object as well, seeing as you see it in the story "deploy" (granted into a video cut out the back of a car). I haven't seen the cops in game placing them when I got there but already on the ground. Would be interesting and more useful if it was and could be put down to extend like they did in GTA:VC.

Thank you Sam for clearing up your stance if not LC/LSPDFR's Dev team stance on the whole modding and multilayer thing. I know many other people have said ideas on how it should be done and what they think R* should do to allow those of us who want to mod in a friendly way with our friends privately for things like LSPDFR and others,(I know I have my own ideas I know). That is another subject though for another thread. I have a suggestion/questions sort of to ask you or anyone else working on the Dev end for the idea of making it possible for people to add additional "extras" to vehicles. More specifically looking at the main one seen in LSPDFR related to the Light-bar extras. As there was with GTAIV people made light-bars and such to put on vehicles but we had to put onto a model custom. Not knowing what scripting or if its possible (hence the question) could we see it so that LSPDFR supports more "extras" slots so people might make custom light-bars that one could add to the vehicles already in the game or later on added into the game? Sorry that was so long but I wanted to make sure i was being clear with what I said :P
