my answer was deleted or dafuq ? racism ? I said it once and I'll say it again , FUCKING AFRICA-Tunisia to be precise- ! the resume of my comment is : We get paid 3 times less than EU and USA people , and the price of gta V is 3 times higher than it's original one in EU and USA , feel us .. anyways .. screw my other comment , I really like what you guys have been doing , great job in this mod , and , u blaming all of us for something a couple of idiots said (such as F-U and stuff ..) is like blaming 1.5 billion muslim for something a couple of terrorists did .. I mean c'mon , it's not fair is it ? these couple of DB attacked you and u blame everyone using a cracked version ? We don't have international credit cards in my country , which means no paypal or anything like that , which means we can't purchase anything online .. like srsly feel us !

Again , good job , ur mod is great , I watched some videos on youtube , it is awesome ! Keep it up people :) #feelusplz

  • You're not paying $60 for playing Online with '6 year old kids'. Online is simply a feature of Grand Theft Auto V, and deciding not to play with 6 year olds is as easy as not pressing the Online butto

  • It's funny how quick "piracy" and "not supporting" came out even when OP mentions having purchased the game in the first place.

  • How people bought a computer to run the game but don't have enough to actually buy the game is beyond me.

It's not our problem. It's the RAGEHOOK that doesn't work on cracked copies. You'll have to ask the developers of THE RAGEHOOK

Your answer was deleted because it is irrelevant - It is sadly not our problem. Calling anyone a racist for hiding a post is despicable behaviour.

I got gta 5 midnight release for ps3. Then bought it for ps4 and plays 5 hours of it since i completed story on ps3 already. The ONLY reason i want gta 5 for PC is to mod. So thats $120 + tax R* has gotten from me. I think that's enough money.

That is the stupidest reasoning i have heard in my life! look i bought it for my Xbox 360 ,ps3 (only to be able to play with thoose that didn´t have an xbox 360) and now the pc i don´t give two shits if you have spent 120 dollars pirating a game is wrong in every way and reasoning it by saying "i have spent $120+ tax R* has gotten from me." that doesn´t change the fact that what you did was wrong and heck no you shouldn´t be allowed to play with any mods at all.

I own a cracked version for testing purposes, I want to trial some of the feature before i spend $120. I have a fairly low end system so I want to ensure that it would be able to handle everything. LSPDFR is the main thing I'm going to playing. There are many reasons to use a cracked version other than not wanting to pay. I really hope The RageHook devs reconsider, better they do it than someone else modifying their files which we all know will eventually happen anyway.

Personally I find such games to be overpriced (which is the main reason I'm always research before buying), It's a good game but defiantly not worth that kind of money. I believe both the Corporate World and the Pirating world is in the wrong. Both are Greedy, Just as immoral as each other. Don't go pretending like one is more in the wrong than the other.

Games are overpriced? Ever notice how the price of pretty much everything has gone up in the past 20 years, yet games seemed to have maintained the $60 price tag? Or in some cases actually decreased in price (believe it or not, some games used to cost $80 or more)? Then there's Steam, which manages to have games significantly lower than retail price a lot of the time. In those 20 years, games have also become extremely more advanced, larger, and have needed more people and more money to make. How are games "overpriced"? Especially something as large as GTA V? You do realize there are actual people that make those games, it's not just some corporate building with business men making ridiculous decisions. Those people deserve the money they make.

And all I can think about:

No seriously. To all those people that complain they dont have enough money. Go mow some lawns, deliver newspapers, get a freaking job. 60$ is one maybe two days worth of work. If you can't afford it you should really really consider getting your lazy ass up from the couch and go look for a job.

Okay i agree with you but there is something else.If you live in a poor country where 60$ is a lot of money and its not so easy to earn them i dont think that someone would spend them for a game rather that getting some food or something more important.... You say 2 days work, well in my country ( Bulgaria ) to earn 60$ you have to work like 10-15 days .... so dont think that everyone can afford to spend money on games and virtual shits. As i said YES i agree with you that its better to buy the game cuz you support the developers and etc. but think about Africa and other poor countries.

Listen, I completely agree that pirating and such isn't very good, neither is cracking. To be honest, I do it, and I'm not ashamed of it. Because you see, I don't have a job, I'm 14. I may play M-rated games and such, pirate the games, and the liking, but that doesn't mean I'm a horrible person. I can't afford anything, because my mom is divorced and the only income she has is child support from my dad. So really, do you expect me to have enough money to purchase a game? Possibly, possibly not. But you can't really blame the "pirates" or "crackers" for pirating or cracking games, because maybe they don't want to, but they have no other choice. Anyways, I understand you guys don't want to support cracked versions for LCPDFR/LSPDFR, but maybe you should, but maybe that's not possible because of Ragehook. Anyways, that's all I have to say, not criticizing anyone or anything. Thanks for your time to read this.

There's also G2A and sites that offer very low prices, which you can use a VPN to get even lower prices of Russian copies :)

It honestly all depends on your way of thinking.

That's enterirely a problem on your side - Not ours. Sorry about that, but nothing we'll really change. You're not forced to play our mod, or download an illegal copy of the game either.

Invenio, Investigatio, Imperium

Why do you have to pay $120? What version of the game do you have? Retail or steam? Either way you can just download the legit copy on the other computer and just log into your Rockstar Social Club account and play. It's not like you're gonna be playing both computers at the same time.

Personally I have the retail version and I have the disc on my desktop. While overseas I forgot to bring my disc and I just logged onto my social club account and downloaded GTA 5 through that onto my laptop.

Oh, trust me. I understand, and I'm saddened that I can't play your guys' mod, but I have to get over it, heh. Was just looking to play with my friend who mentioned LSPDFR.

The latest version of RPH should work fine on cracked copies, if you meet the requirements.

Hm, what would be the location for RPH, and where would I find the requirements?

Hm, I have all the requirements besides the legal copy part, but I suppose I can try anyways, thanks :)

I'll reply back to this thread once I get the end results. Anything else that I need for LSPDR besides RHP? I mean, obviously some mods, but what're the locations? And sorry for all my asking, currently trying to multitask through some thinks.

Since you are admittedly using a cracked copy, this isn't the place to get support.

I don't have GTA V currently installed to my PC, nor do I have the cracked files on my PC, I'm merely asking where I'd download everything if I'd choose to go through with it. But yes, I do have cracked versions of other games. Singleplayer ones, anyways.

I get that, but I was once in the same position as you. Single mother, child support only from my dad. I've been through tough times too. Regardless, I don't understand the whole "I can't afford anything, I'm 14". I was once 14 too, I went and got a job on the weekends and made shit money and saved it all up to buy what I wanted. You always have a choice, it's not overly expensive, just save up like every other kid in your position.

Nobody said you were a horrible person, but would you steal a car and then tell the police officer that your mother is divorced and you wanted the car so you took it because you had no choice? If you can't afford it, get a job at the weekends and work to earn the money. If you don't want to do that, then that's on you.

There are a many reasons why cracked games are not supported, here's some:

  1. Different cracks affect the game in different ways. Mod makers such as G17 can't be sure how your crack will work with LSPDFR since it could have modified any of the thousands of files for the game. How can they offer support without going and fully understanding how each individual crack works?
  2. It's illegal, regardless of how insignificant piracy is to you, the fact still stands that it's illegal. Promoting piracy can get G17 media in all heaps of shit which is best just avoided.

Do you phone up Microsoft to ask for support with your pirated Office installation too? Don't expect to get everything for free, it's a bad mindset to have in life. You've got to give something to get something back.

Please don't take this personally, it's not intended to be an attack on you, but there are a lot of people coming on here with such a mindset and it applies to all of them.

Well, if you were to check the website Ineseri mentioned, you'd find a huge tab named "Requirements" in the middle of the screen, the third from the left (and the fourth from the right, accordingly). It contains the list of files required to run RPH (with links, too), and once the RPH is ok, you can run LSPDFR using the installation instructions in the Readme file. However, on the RPH site they still list a legal copy as a requirement, guess you have to trust Ini on this.

I am from Bulgaria, too. And you're right. On minimum wage it's like a 1/3 of it so it is a LOT. And to that imbecile from Germany: You do realize there is a world outside of Germany, right?
