i don't think its a troll. they do this every year or so. but if it is  people will get overly emotional and the forums will be 500 times worse than they are now. 

maybe release upon / with timezones to ease the burden on the server / website and not have it overload by every1 being on and downloading att at once

If you mean the scripthook by Alexander Blade. That should work.

Please keep in mind that LSPDFR is developed with the vanilla version of the game. Nobody can garantee you that mods won't interfere with LSPDFR.

Great, I didn't know RageHook checked the version of your gta to see if you pirated it or not. I don't have 60$ to just throw on this game sadly. I was really looking forward to lspdfr. :| I have been here for almost 6 days every day just talking to people on the forums about it. FML

Hate to say it bro, i dont feel the least bit bad for you because of that. If you dont have $60 to buy this game and can come here every day, you need to set your real life priorities better..
