​Because they can't be played by anything, I guess any media player just doesn't support them. OpenIV will figure a way to convert them or have them work on what media players we have.

but I don't know how to play .awc files :(

.awc files are a packed audio file folder. So for instance, if and when OPENIV is able to open these(i havent downloaded the update yet to play around) it will bring up a list of the sound files that are in that folder. For instance, just like GTA IV with the .ivaud file, it was just a packed folder with audio files. That is what the .awc file is. Once you are able to open it, you extract the file inside of the folder you want to change, or import the file you want to put in it and then openiv will repackage it. Maybe another program will come around like GTAIVAUD or whatever it was called lol

The visual setting file is editable now someone should try to enhance the emergency lights.I was looking threw it but did not find anything.
