If you are willing to save about $100 more and are willing to build your own computer then this build will outperform all consoles http://pcpartpicker.com/list/PGxGcc but if you are not able to then there are not too many computer that will run much for that price that is why i recommend building one.

I say yes it should be widen and if you could level it with the cab too if you can. It would also be nice to see other light setup like an led light bar but the priority should be on the other things first.- 26 comments

A Los Santos County Sheriff Skin for @Thehurk's 2013 Harley Davidson Electra-Glide Skin. This texture is setup for a second livery if you would like to change it just change the "2" to a "1". If you would like to add multiple liveries then you need to edit the vehicles.meta and add "FLAG_HAS_LIVERY" to the flags section. Here(vehicles.txt) is the policeb section of the vehicles meta with the tag to have multiple liveries already included all you have to do is use openiv to edit the vehicles.meta (\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\vehicles.meta) and replace the text in the document with the policeb section in the vehicles.meta and then replace the vehicles.meta in openiv. Please do not redistribute this skin anywhere else.

I have an r9 390 and I am seeing repetitive vehicles. I know you say to use low-end settings but I have a card with 8gb of vram(gta can only use 6gb of vram) and I am only using 2.5gb vram when playing. So do I need to use low end settings or is something wrong?

Looks nice have not tried it yet but I use to live in Norcross and have seen these all the time. Now i live in Duluth and see Duluth cars everywhere. -
Great mod one thing is when i try to use the realistic dispatch it crashes the game after a minute but if I use the original one that came with the mod without replacing it the game never crashes don't have my crash log but I could get it but i don't know which log i should post.

Gta:MP had a contact with rockstar about legal standpoint before this a few months ago just to make sure they wern't going to be shutdown by ROCKSTAR but this time both FiveM and GTA:MP were shutdown by TAKETWO not rockstar. The developer of FiveM and two of the developers form Gta:mp all had the same story how they got visted by private detectives... You can read more all over the internet. so you can't say it was because development was slow and you can't say it was just gta:mp. Oh and here is a petition

Lol I knew you would say that about the microATX motherboard(just to ask why don't you like them?) but he is looking for a pc to be upgradable and he is on a budget so I don't know if he can get better than that. If he had an extra $300 I would tell him to get the next-gen-exterminator but I don't think he has that kind of money.

I would take a look at some of these builds on the pcmasterrace reddit If you can save up a little more money (a little over $34) I would get the parts for the Next-Gen Crusher you could change the case up if you want just have to make sure it is compatible. I think this would be a great upgradable pc for you.

I don't know if Sam and the Team would create LSPDFR in GTA:MP but I can't say anything because I don't know what they will do. But in the days of SA:MP there was a RP server FC:RP I can see that as a possibility more than an LSPDFR type Gamemode in GTA:MP. If they don't create a LSPDFR GameMode i'm sure someone will make something close to it.

At my high school school we only had to do one semester(half the school year) of P.E. then the next semester we had to do health you could choose if your wanted it your freshmen year or later in high school. Then once you complete it you got to do whatever electives you want. But I didn't mine P.E. all we had to do is dress out and we would pass the class they would tell us to run but most of us walked anyways so I didn't matter. Some times would would do something called the BIG 18 and I hated it. Then the best day was Friday because we got to choose what we wanted to play/do basketball(I would shoot the ball with friends only sport I played), volleyball, bad mitten, soccer or walk around the balcony of the gym.

Really love this mod. If I may suggest something would you be able to make something similar to the FollowMe but instead of following you, you move a way point to where you want them to go kinda like how you move the speed radar mod then when you get the way point to the place you want them to go you hit a certain button and they drive there.

People want to lock their models to protect their work but can't because the zmod developer won't add it because there is no reason for it to be added bacuse people can still unlock or find a way to gain acess to it even if it is locked. The lock feature is just some text injected into the file which doesn't allow it to be reimported into zmod again.

It looks awesome but thing I hated about Gta iv's light bar is that the glass is really tall I wish they made it shorter. -
This is a zmodeler 3 filter that allows you to import GTA V .ytf files into zmodeler 3. So no this does not mean mods yet but this does mean that modders will get to explore how GTA V models are setup and allow to to start making models in V but you still won't see vehicle mods in GTA V anytime soon because there is no export filter yet once the export filter comes in a few months(no one knows when) then you will have vehicle mods to use.
