GTA IV on LAPTOP

Featured Replies

Hey, I just wanted to know does ANYONE play GTA 4 / LCPDFR on a LAPTOP? Or does everyone play on desktops? Just wondering.

I play on a desktop but I know a few people who play on a laptop.

Play on a laptop perfectly fine. Proof? check my latest video on my "Night Shift" thread.

As Jay said, as long as it's decent enough

I play GTA IV on high settings with my laptop.

Got it for 800-ish.

In case you're wondering, it has an AMD Radeon 6770m card.

I can't stress enough the importance of a cooling pad when considering buying a laptop for gaming.

My last one died because I never kept it ventilated.

Now my current one rest's on a cooling pad with three fans that can be moved anywhere on the pad. Keeps it nice and cooled.

Also, even though it defeats the object of it, never place your laptop on your lap, your leg / clothing will most likely block the vent's and cause it to eventually F'K
