Not sure where to post this, but here goes.

 

For a while now I've been thinking. It's always so boring to shoot someone's tires out. All it does is slow the target down, instead of apprehending them. What if there's some mod that allows for a chance of a dramatic, cinematic car-flip happening when the tires get shot out? Or at least not until the empty tire comes off. Like so, minus the explosions:

I wouldn't mind this. Maybe a 50/50 chance of it flipping. if it doesn't flip then it could just spin out of control. If Rockstar Games could pull it off in missions.. Surely LMS or another scripter could make this possible.

I would not mind seeing it, hopefully the logistics can be solved. Would make for some cool movie-esque scenes.

I'd love to see something like this. Like ineseri said, some pretty awesome scenes could be created.

That would be pretty cool, GTA V they lose control when you shoot tires out, a script like that would be a nice touch.

I do like this idea, with this implemented, you can do a pit maneuver on the car and boom it flips over (that's if the retarted AI cops with only half a brain will stop raming into you every five seconds)

Nice i wanted to mention the speed factor to the OP.

 

Makes a lot more sense if you shoot or PIT a vehicle at high speed that a catastrophic result is likely.
