Just researching around as I'm bored, and came up with this user.. Just WOW..  palmdesert He or she is at level 402 as this point of time.

 

 

For me going to take my full life to reach that goal and spend money on getting 100s of games and 1000s Badges.

Any thoughts? apart from wow

He must just download all these games just to earn achievements. That sounds like no fun whatsoever. It sounds frustrating as hell.

 

Considering he has only 900 hours on one particular game shows he's not interested in that one title. Yes, 900hrs is a lot, but 900hrs out of 2,000+ games isn't much. 

 

 

Or he hacks.. I'm going to say he hacks

I've been a level two ever since the levels system was introduced, I honestly could care less as to how many badges and such I have. 

 

These people must be seriously no-lifing to get to that kind of level. 

Why does everyone feel that if you really enjoy a game you'll have over 1000+ hrs?

 

The most I have on a game is 201 on CSGO, next closest is 121 on R2TW.

 

Either they're kids with no HW, or adults with pathetic lives. lol

ahhh yea this palmdesert or whatever also claims to be from Japan, while their avatar has russian words in it. regardless of the truth of either of those, i think that says something about them...  also they say that they dont understand english well and yet they can type it perfectly fine...

 

side note - lol i almost have as many screenshots - thank skyrim mods for like half of them...

I'm sure their lives are complete. I still don't even know what a Steam Level is lol.

I really enjoy the Steam level system, I myself am a level 30 which gives me the ability to stand out as a loyal steam user among my friends and display information on my profile that ordinary users could not.

 

Additionally, you can just buy the cards to craft the badges, you don't need to own the games. It's impossible to craft badges completely just simply by owning and playing the game anyways, you have to put money into the system.

Wow, since we are on the subject of "does your steam hours say how much you enjoy a game" My most played game on Steam is Garry's Mod at 120 Hours Played, followed by GTAIV at 66 Hours, then Euro Truck 2 at 39 Hours and GTA SA at 14 hours. My most enjoyed, is non of the above, my favourite game is RACE 07, but then again I have put 8 Hours into it in 3 days
