When you repair your car at Pay' 'n' 'spray. it takes 6 ingame hours to do it. It's realistic enough. And you can spawn a police car with an trainer if you don't want to "break in".

Yes, a repair feature would be good. Oh, and during car chases (especially those with just one suspect), there is a chance the drivers may open fire on you. :)

wait, who said something about touching a button? Sure, that would be silly. There are other ways. Spawn another (unlocked) car at the local police station, so you could switch cars or enable pay'n'spray for police cars (ok, the chief wouldn't be happy if i'd sitting 6 hours of my duty in my car in a garage, while it's being repaired... ;) )

But there really would be no need for it because you can spawn one with the trainer!

Repair by button-click is too unrealistic, but spawning a car out of nowhere isn't? Well, whatever.

Just a few ideas.

How about calls of Barricaded suspects inside cars, where you have to assist an officer in trying to get a suspect with a gun to get out of his car. If you don't get him out without moving up to the car (maybe put the 1 hit one kill thing from the suicide missions so people can't run up and pull him out) SWAT automatically gets dispatched, sending 2 dozen of them to set up positions while 4 move up, and pull the guy out. Sometimes the guy could get out and shoot at you before SWAT shows up or he could fire out the window at you, and other times he could give up after 30 seconds or so. This could also be used at the end of pursuits. And when is the fix for the NOOSE ELS Backup bug coming out? Sam said a while ago that he had a solution. Thanks if you use this idea.

It's possible.

Would it be possible to have the suspect walk in front of you to the police car after he's been arrested? So instead of following you, he could be coded to just walk to the car, and you follow behind?

I like the idea above.
