Black male, not sure of the clothing.

Then the dispatch went.

"He's holding a cat and he raped the cat!"

I'm curious to hear your definition of "prank 911 call". I'm not sure it has anything to do with the actual meaning of the term.

Is this type of traffic normal for this city? Or is this seriously all caused by the whole "Purge" thing? Either way just heard a confirmed drive by with 6 shell casings spotted on the road and bullet holes sighted on the house.

 

Side note: Their dispatching/communications is really really odd. I'll scan when I'm at the dept. just to hear what's going on in the city (To get a heads up in case our engine gets dispatched) and they are all super serious when it comes to speaking with Dispatch (The police units that is), here it sounds almost like a wide open line with dispatching.

Well just in case if your interested, here's my def. of a '911 prank call' def: a call made to 911 with the intention to be mischvious and/or hoodwink the police'.

From my understanding, most of the extreme calls coming in are pranks. IE:

 

Guy firing shots, description of holding and sexually assaulting cat

Guy firing assault rifle in the air

Group of 30 people in white masks outside mall
