Most of it is just prank calls for now. I could see people getting drunk later and lots of misdemeanors later on, besides the usual gang related shootings, but I doubt anything serious would come of this.

 

The biggest threat would be a lacking police response time, but after a minute response to a home invasion with a shotgun, I think they have this covered too.

From the sounds of the call that just came in, the citizens are looking for troublemakers and notifying the Police. Even if it could be nothing, one call could save lives.
