North Korean leader, Kim Jong-un, has threatened "merciless" retaliation against the United States if Seth Rogen's new film, "The Interview" is released. The film, an action comedy set to release in October, stars Seth Rogen and James Franco who attempt to assassinate Kim Jong-un during an interview with him. 

 

Despite all the threats from NK about the film being an "act of terror" and an "act of war", Kim's unofficial spokesman said Kim will probably watch the movie anyway.

Kim Jung-un is a fucking joke. North Korea is a fucking joke. It's like playing call of duty, and some 11 year old says He's going to fuck my mom. it won't happen.

I feel his threat of war is a bluff. Can you imagine, in the tales of history, a world leader started war, over a comedy movie... Let the spoiled little shit watch the movie, become upset, then when (and if) he does react, get put back down.

It might end the North Korean regime. I say might end because of their big ally to the north which if North Korea and South Korea go to war the US would have to get involved and then China would get involved to and China would send a TON of troops over the border which would cause some issues.

If I'm not mistaken China has already distanced from North Korea. Economically, NK isn't as valuable as the USA is, it would be pointless for China to confront the USA when their economies are so interdependent of each other.

Well, the way I see it, he is a silly fat man-child that got his power because he was an heir. I don't wish to take him seriously, especially when he has made hollow threats towards countries before.

My advise to Kim: 

 

The world should have more PSY's and less Kim's

the worst thing about this is that its a political stalemate; Kim Jong-Un can only keep making these ridiculous claims as long as the West is friends with China- if the west were to wade in to NK and pretty much instantly kick his midget ass into the stratosphere, China would complain about having a Western spy government on its doorstep, and there would be economic trouble resulting from that. Its sad- 60+ years after the fall of fascism, we're still fighting a political war against the most fascist, dictatorial nation on Earth that's run by an egotistical man-child with a Napoleon complex and a stupid haircut.
