I personally don't think they would create a separate site for LSPDFR, it wouldn't make any sense in my opinion. I'd imagine they'd host the modification on here, and possibly change the name of this

That might be the "A new website feature is coming soon" located in the More section. I guess we'll just have to sit and wait...

True, true. I hope it is!

If it does go for PC, and it is moddable, I'm sure that the developers will have a crack at it.

I'm pretty sure that the staff also bought some domains relating to a possible GTA V alternative to LCPDFR. Don't quote me on that.

"Work and ideas get stolen, then you keep moving on doing your thing."

GTA V was a lot less realistic than IV (less car damage, police with trigger fingers, etc.)

But hopefully it's nothing that wont be able to be changed :)

Consider they are taking longer to release V on PC than IV (Which i'll be pissed if they never do!)

Then search the forums, there have been multiple topics about LCPDFR going to GTA V. lsdpfr.com used to redirect to a g17media.com page stating that they own the domain.

The reason domains are registered so early is that a) it's cheap, so b) if we didn't register it, someone else easily could. By registering it as soon as it was revealed V would be in Los Santos, we keep that from being an issue.

That "new website feature" thingy has been there I think since right after GTAV came out. First let R* confirm it for PC.

Nope, it has been there ever since I suggested the removal of another website feature (Braveheart's MDC)

This has been posted to many times. For a short answer: No, it won't be unless it comes to the PC and is moddable, they are not focusing on that right now.

If if comes for PC, it has been stated multiple times that we will focus on that. Maybe even some kind of FCRP for GTA V, according to Sam.

FCRP?

I know, but you aren't focusing on that right now, I have read all topics regarding this matter. I do hope that it does come to PC though.

We do buy domains from time to time, such as LSPDFR.com, although this is mostly to protect our name and should not be seen as a definite that we're going to do anything.

This is to mainly the LCPD:FR staff and admins, but are you guys going to make a website/mod just like LCPD:FR, but for Grand Theft Auto V?

To be honest with you, it depends because GTA V still hasn't been released for PC and script development such as ScriptHook, dsound and etc... has yet not been set for GTA V. They will take a look into it, then LSPDFR could make a website called LSPDFR(dot)com and can make a LSPDFR. For now, we still have maintenance over the script developing... that still needs to be made if LSPDFR and the website could be made for the mod.
