*For a short while now, Toronto Police have been stopping motorists for good driving habits and thanking them, much like shown in the video. However, last I checked they didn't give them $100USD per good driving stop.

I find that as a invasion of privacy because they want to know where, when and how long you drive.....and besides do they "really" need that information?
 

money for informations, how the world work now...they probably give information to government and split $ in half with you... if you really have something to hide, like your bad driving, its not for you lol.
