Goodbye America. Why has it turned into shit?

My life now is no different than it was during the Bush administration, nor is most people's. I doubt yours is either.

can't rip on you specifically, I suppose, but most people who complain about the current president are full of crap, because every administration gets trashed while in office. Tons of people do it, then after the first year of the next administration, they switch targets.

Obama is a puppet whos job is to destroy this country bush clinton and others were puppets too but obama is more dangerous if someone doesn't like his policies he pulls the race card he has been able to get away with more then any other president before him...you obviously haven't been paying attention to the real news...once the dollar crashes you will see just how different it will be and theres  reason why people hated bushs, clintons, Obama...its simple they don't give a damn about this country

1.) This is going to be good. A puppet belonging to whom? The Illuminati? The Zionists Jews? Majestic 12?

2.) I'm waiting with bated breath.

1.remove that tin foil hat so you can actually think for yourself

2. 2012 elections were rigged not like the other ones werent* rolls eyes* obama and romney were funded by both goldman sachs and jp morgan

3. the government caters to wall street and the bankers NOT the American people hasnt the past 14 years taught you anything about that? oh and they read off a teleprompter...with out it they stutter and cant even finish a sentence, honestly do I really need to post hundreds of articles pointing out the obvious? I suggest you do a little research before coming back and acting like nothing is wrong and everyone else that doesn't go along with lamestream media is a "conspiracy theorist" or do I need to get crayons and pictures for you?

My family was Romney people.

My uncle once saw Barack Obama in real life and he waved back, so technically, that makes him releated to me, I got Obama blood running through my family

1.) Tin foil hat insinuates people who believe in ridiculous conspiracy theories, IE: you, not me. Try again.

2.) Everybody says that, and that could be, but good luck convicting someone of a crime for it. If we demanded it enough, our system of government probably would have been changed long ago. But any election tampering has either been negligible, or people simply don't care about it. And quite frankly, I'm bordering on the second of the two options. Who you elect doesn't matter as much as it might have say; 200 years ago, because policies don't often get acted upon due to the other party in the house and senate sabotaging any changes you may try to put in place.

3.) Wow money influences politics? What a shocking revelation. It's called political lobbying. It dates back to ancient times. Nobody really likes it, but it's not going away. If you'd like to go live in a country where it doesn't exist, you go right ahead, but you're probably not going to enjoy it as much as you do living here. And politicians who give speeches have teleprompters during broadcasts from the white house for the same reason a newsreader does; so they don't screw up on air. They also use cue cards that they hold themselves up at their podiums.

Whether you bring out the crayons or not is up to you, pal. I went to school and graduated a long time ago, unlike some people here, I suspect. So my crayons are long gone. If you have some left over and feel like showing us you can color, you go right ahead.

On (2), I believe studies have been done suggesting that rigging is extremely minor - it's the sort of thing which has no effect unless done on a truly massive scale (as elections aren't close in almost all circumstances), carries more risk of getting caught the larger the scale is, and rigging on each side tends to cancel out. The government running an election has the tools to effectively rig it; no one else does.

On (3), added point: political lobbying is a necessary consequence of having free and open petitioning of the government, and political ads a necessary consequence of free speech. If you want to move to a country where lobbying doesn't exist or money has no influence on politics...good luck, because they probably don't exist (lobbying is a core requirement of a liberal democracy, and other systems tend to be *more* open to bribes).

Agreed, a country without lobbying would therefore be a place without government change; a dictatorship. I'm fine with where I live, but apparently some folks here aren't. I find it hypocritical that so many folks all over the internet hate this system of government so much, yet they don't move to another country or god forbid; attempt to change our system of government.
