    So I tried to go in and update the new update.rpf over to my mods folder so everything would be kosher and upon opening OpenIV for the first time since this update, I was not prompted with the ability to update the mods folder, which leads me to an endless loading screen when launching the game. Anyone have a manual work-around?

    Hello all! I have a simple request for any modeler with the spare time. I have fallen in love with the brand new 2015 Chevrolet Caprices that the Titusville PD have implemented this month.
