I'm seeing other roads and buildings appearing in front of me.. to prove what i'm talking about I have images that's attached with this thread. I'm using icenhancer 2.1 and complete broker roads.

 

the 3 last image are from ice, I have to change my settings every time it's gray, that's the only way to fix it. so any idea of why it's doing that?

I don't know what the problem is, the only thing I could suggest is to start a new game since sometimes random appearing things is due to a corrupted save file. From my experience, they usually have the orange glow that's around pickup items, though. I do know people always seem to have problems with Icenhancer.

Yeah, you could try that. I'm not saying it will work, but it's worth a shot.

I'n not using any commandlines, I can't even start and save as I keep getting crashes.. he is the thread about my crashes '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

The only time I ever see things like this are world files being messed with. In other words map modifications etc.

Trainer's also have this feature because they allow you to edit the world then load your edits. (it's how most people make quick dodgy maps)

 

I would try on a new save as suggested above and see what happens.

 

If all else fails, re-install GTA IV and try with just the graphics mods first, if it still happens you know its the graphics mod messing it all up.

For GTA IV on the 1.0.7.0 patch (so you can use lcpdfr as well) I would recommend Game4Video's ENB settings, then just tweak the ini file. I use that with the realityIV mod and the better road textures as can be seen here.

 

I couldn't use all this plus car mods on a 1GB graphics card by the way, my current card is a GTX 760 (2GB) which allows better graphics detail.

Have you installed any map mods? I usually get weird stuff like that when I install map mods. For example I see the huge yacht from EFLC in alderney, when I install map mods, although your bug seems to be more severe.

I Have not installed any map mods on EFLC, I have for GTAIV, but that's was year ago. I'll try and start an new game and hopefully to save before it crashes on me again

Glad you could fix it. You might want to post your fix so that others can refer to this if they have issues IMHO
