I use bandicam only because it keeps the file size down, but it is a pretty good recording program. Fraps is another one, but it sucks the performance out of your PC when recording, and a 10 minute Fraps file is a few gigabytes, where as a 10 minute bandicam file is a couple of hundred megabytes.

Luck. I made a crap-ass video some years back and got 30k views (true story). But seriously, a good title and keywords is essential, people not finding your video is one of the reasons many fail to get views. The programs you use are absolutely fine. Also, avoid looking like a 'noob', make yourself appear professional and give your channel a make -over. Good luck!

I can tell something big is going to come out of these videos, and I think that of every person, but it's all about how you execute. No, not how you cut peoples' heads off. Try some commentary. Try an ENB, and try to use some interesting scripts. Joining a clan and posting up some videos of you patrolling with your clan are usually more tasty, but it all depends on the choice of the viewer, so you want to balance it out. Maybe have some days SP and some days MP. Good luck!

SCNG FTW!!

Agreed. The best way to find something unique to put up, is to watch what other people are doing. I watched a lot of peoples videos before deciding what to do. For instance, I have seen people do intro/outro music. I like that idea. I have also seen people bring outro music in before the video ends which is what I do and then when it ends, i bring the music all the way in for the outro/credits. You can use someones idea but tweak it be your own because if you don't then that's stealing and that's not professional. Here have a look at my vid so you see what I am talking about. (And I'm not advertising my channel or anything like that. This is an example.)

just started a new account after my old one got suspended and I must say after the 20+ videos I posted from the few months it's really difficult or maybe I should stop posting tutorials but either way u really have to get lucky or just be dedicated just when the time comes when million of viewers pours in.

My PROFILE

I'll be honest, you should probably just wait until your voice is good enough to do commentaries, so people actually have a laugh, like OfficerSpiers. Like me, you'll probably just regretting uploading all those videos and ending up with little views. So like I said, its a good idea to do videos when you've aged a bit and know what you're doing, and others know what you're doing ;)

You could also just try uploading videos that don't need talking, like tutorials, but not for GTA, there's enough tutorials for that.

Commentary is not important, well optimized videos are.

You can capture videos with various tools like GameBooster, and if you have an Nvidia card, then you can cap videos with ShadowPlay in your GeForce Experience.

For views, you must make sure your videos are well optimized for the right keywords and then share your videos on social media as well. And consider investing in some cheap views and likes from places like seoclerks or fiverr.

be original.
