What does "extract it to your GTA IV or EFLC root directory" mean? I do not know how to do this. Please help!!

You will have to use a archiver, like 7zip http://www.7-zip.org/ and extract the files and then move them to the GTA IV directory.

You are asking about a mouse cursor right?  No i dont think so.

 

 

For anyone else wondering,  you simply hold down CapsLock for the menu.   Move your mouse around and it should highlight one of the buttons after a few seconds.  

It will light up in yellow,  so stop your mouse over the button you want.   Release CapsLock and it works.  No mouse clicking or extra keys to hit.

 

Really nice way to do it as explained in the PDF.

How do you use the taser. I've tried the ALT T thing but no joy :(

Activate the Taser with a double tap on T.

After that you can equip it with T

That's attributed to the game's memory, and in 1.0 they've added a module that stops this from happening, that's why there's a 'lil car blip on your map, as it's saved to memory, however if you're running with not enough RAM, it's possible that the game negates the required memory elsewhere instead of attending to the car.

Are we likely to see further bug fixes in the near future? A few examples of what I've frequently seen are some issues with the event-cam when accessing the police MDT and also on mugging calls the victim peds seem to be quite literally bent out of shape.

i just want to say i dont know what you have done with lcpdfr one ecsuse the auto install says i have a non payed version when i have steem and the manuall dosnt work the alt+p i am just saying you have fucked up

Telling the devs that they've "fucked up" on their work will in no way get you the support you want.

 

Calm down, create a support thread in the proper section of forums, and await for someone to help you find a solution.
