I have 1.5 Ghz but the minimum is 1.8 Ghz, does that still matter or will it still work?

Windows 8 or LCPDFR? Windows 8 shouldn't even install on a computer that doesn't meet the minimum requirements. In any case, your experience in GTA IV is going to be horrible, or in most other games for that matter.

I have a windows 8 laptop and want to get LCPDFR on it but I don't know if it will run correctly like you said. But do you know if a Vista Windows 7 laptop work with LCPDFR or will it just be better to get an actual computer that you can put a good video card and graphic card in?

There are laptops that would run GTA IV, but they are generally called gaming-laptops, and you'd likely know if you had one. If you don't have a videocard, there's no way you can get it running, GTA IV is not only heavy on the GPU, but also the CPU - things that most laptops lack in.

I also can play GTA IV with LCPDFR, ELS V7, ENB on Windows 8 Laptop!

It's all in the specifications!

My Win 7 laptop (i7-2630QM {2.0GHz - Turbo 2.9GHz}, 6GB RAM, & GT 540 2GB up to 4GB Turbocache) runs GTA:IV LCPD:FR on 1680x1080 low settings (View & Detail dist 30, Traffic 30) , & normal GTA:IV on 1680x1080 all High settings (with View & Detail dist 30, Traffic 10 [i don't like high traffic much] ).

Guess who's jelly? :pirate:

Btw, WTF, 32GB RAM? How? Is it some kind of "workstation" laptop? or one of those Custom laptops I heard about?

This is the first I'm hearing of so much RAM in a laptop.
