    It took LCPDFR 4.5 years to have a full release (1.0). Anything before that was alpha/beta. I'm pretty sure they're trying to go for a full release with this mod.   Plus that progress page I linked

Define the word "soon". 1 day or 11 yrs?

 

On YT he (Mordecki) said that if everything goes smoothly, we should be looking at around End of January release. "smoothly" is the key word here.

    When you release it, are we able to change the language? and Unit number? as i would love to make it dutch for my youtube series!

     

    You can change your unit number when you create a new profile for yourself. The mod won't have different languages when the BETA comes out but Mordecki definitely wants to support different languages so the mod should be translateable in later versions ;)
