So, I've been seeing that these giant clocks is appearing outside or inside hospitals.

It looks weird so I wonder what's causing it.

I've had this issue before whilst playing multiplayer. I think it has something to do with the game struggling to load the textures correctly, resulting in random models being spawned all over the place, kind of like the taxi bug. 

Well atleast its different, not just a wall xD

I'm pretty sure it was something else. If that was the case more people would be having issues

Reminds me of my over modded Oblivion setup.  Had huge clocks all over the cities and castles.

The reason i because your savegame is corrupted, so either live with it, or delete you save :(

I'm guessing you recently modified an .img file?  Basically when you add or remove new objects to an img or the filesize changes drastically (i.e. installing a ton of cars at once), your savegame becomes confused.  So instead of loading what's supposed to be there, it loads what it thinks was there.  Either start a new game or undo you last mod install.

I believe the save game corruption is the issue. I had it once, and it disappeared when I started a new game.
