Interesting. Is it possible to set default pursuit tactics options in an .ini file for example?

 

Unfortunately, not right now. I've become accustomed to hitting F9 and then F11 whenever I start chases.

Not fantastic, but this game is poorly ported, even the highest of systems has issues running it.

 

Mine is also full of script mods / car mods and I think some left-over ENB files, I need to get around to reinstalling it but I just haven't got the time. I'll post my specs later.

I disabled traffic for two reasons:

 

  • Keep my FPS at a decent level due to the amount of AI I was spawning
  • Be able to show off the new features without crashing into stuff

Would  it be possible to have a threat level assesment for 911 calls like when you arrive on scene you choose a threat level so it will send the right amont of units RED: 6 Ground units 1 or 2 helicopters 2 SWAT one team in a fib buffalo and one team in a SWAT truck 2 K9 teams. BLUE: 4 ground units  2 Beat patrol officers with ar's 1 k9 team. GREEN: ​3 ground units 1 noose cruiser 1 beat patrol officer with tact shotgun. And also make it so they could custmize hat they instantly want to respond to the call and if you kill or apprehend the guy they all disappear but only when the mett show up.

Ah that's what I was worried about, people developing a preference for a certain pursuit mode and having to change to it every time. Oh well, there's still time to make such a feature if any devs are watching?  :whistling:

The AI certainly seem more "I" than "A" now if you know what i mean, I'm sure i spotted him drifting at one stage (2:41 a second before you stuffed it and blamed the lag :P ), also noticed no radar blip for the offender is this an option or standard now?

No blip has always been a part of hardcore mode, which is in RC2. Hardcore mode makes you take more damage and it removes blips during pursuits.
