I think that ELS setup can be configured in the in-game menu if you get the options right (ALT-M).

Also, only some police units would probably use this setup - it depends from force to force.

I would like to have more cars with a setup like that as well. As much as I like to have a traffic adviser, I think having it like that is way cooler.

I agree with Colombia123. I think more cars should be mapped with this setup. I don't mean to hate but every car that has been released just looks the same to me. More cars with a setup like this would be great and new to the community. I personally love having lights on the back flashing with colors and the front off with just the takedowns on. As far as I know there is Aznairsoftdude's Massachusetts state police car that has this setup here at lcpdfr and a Palm Beach Sheriff car over at GPM. But more cars with different lightbars should have the lights mapped out light this.

CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0 GHz 8-Core Processor / RAM: 420GB Corsair / GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB / OS: Windows 10

im inclined to agree with you both they would be cool to have them mapped that way. also maybe making a car with one advisor in the back set one way like this:

-- -- 00 -- --

-- 00 00 00 --

00 00 00 00 00

and the back of the light bar changeable patterns

just saying would be cool

Be careful before saying things aren't real. Every police department in the country can pick their own emergency lighting scheme. Where I live, cops pretty much always have the whole lightbar on.

Also, for that reason, be careful before saying "every ELS maker should do this". Not all departments do lights the same way. Not all modelers should do lights the same way.

see this is what im trying to get at is not about all making the same cars same light bar is about having options while in game like if you what to have all the light on then so bee it if you whan to have just rear while in traffic stop so bee it im just hopping for option also not all people like the cars with the steelys some like the 10 hole rims like they should make 2 version one with the steelys and the other with the other wheels you get what im tryiing to say.

You said that "every one" should begin doing cars like this. However, in a lot of areas, your suggested replacement is unrealistic. That's what I'm getting at. It isn't about options ingame: given how ELS works, there is no way to do your suggestion without kind of annoying those who don't want it. It's about options *when picking a model*.

OK, two things. One on-topic, one off-.

On-topic: I'm not saying you shouldn't suggest these things (though these suggestions *do* belong in Content Mods, where I will now move the thread). I'm saying that I wouldn't like to see *all* modders do it like this. Just because I don't like the suggestion, doesn't mean you need to get defensive - I personally disagree with it, but that doesn't make it a bad suggestion. The only issue with it is when you say "everyone" should do it.

Off-topic: I'm finding it sort of a chore to read some of your posts. Could you please try to make your posts conform more to standard English? Spelling, punctuation, and capitalization are all great tools to use to make posts easier to read.

Thanks for including my video/car mod. I worked hard to make that as "real" as I could and I'm glad you are all enjoying it. I see what you mean by this suggestion, but as others before me have said, many departments differ in how they choose their light setup. In this case, the two departments I modeled this after had it set so that they could turn only the rear-facing lights on!

While I understand what you mean, allow me to just let you know that not every car modeler has access to the same parts. For example, the AR-15 and M4 I have in that car aren't something most people have. As for steel rims, I'd love to make a 2.0 version with steel rims and a few other tweaks, but I do not have access to steel rims. So just keep in mind that everyone has access to only a limited amount of things.

lol for my taste i dont care if i have the ar-15 or m4 i dont care what the interior looks like, all so i like to thank you for making this car as of right now is the only one im using cuz is the only one that make my feel like if i was really driving a cop car. hope to see more with that els set up from you , ooo and different lightbars  that we can change color like blue, red, red and blue like we do as of now using openiv and w/e.

i bet any money some make 2 cars each with a cool lightbar, one with these set up and the 2nd with the other set up ill bet 1st will have more hit's then 2nd and im just saying this as a joke lol. right or wrong.

off topic sorry for the bad spelling lol
