I feel violated because of free speech. I think I am allowed to say what I think towards the very person that stole a ton of models and keeps claiming he will work on a ''Ford Failscape.'' If I choose to do this using an image, I will do so.

That's your decision to make. Images that are adding content like showing off a mod will not be removed as they are relevant to the discussion.

Note that freedom of speech may indeed be limited through certain private institutions; schools, the internet, etc.  Also note that laws of the land vary from state to state and country to country. 

I love how the staff has the "freedom" to do anything and get away with it xD No questions asked.

don't waste / save your breath this guy ( Troy ) is just a Troll all he does is troll other people's posts and the work they release for downloads seen him doing on serveal other posts and released work by other people

Like you ever do act on them. I have some friends who are here long before me. And they have proofs. But when the topic is hot, your mods never reply to them. Not that I'm calling you out on it specifically. I've seen some incidents myself as well.

Thanks alot :) Made four Norwegian skins for it so far, Ambulance - Police - FD and this one for our Clan.  Lovely boat!  Looked a long time for a decent boat to use as a base for the skin :)

As far as i was able to find out, els would work on this boat, but emissive textures are not supported by boats in GTA IV. This means that while the led parts would flash, you wouldn't actually see a light or glow, so it would not really have a point.

Ah yeah! Thats kinda sad :/ Would be awesome to see it lit up on the clear Liberty City waters ;)

If you have an issue and substantial evidence, post it on the Website Support & Suggestions. Until then, nothing will be done, especially since this topic is about WIP models and not about issues with the staffing structure here.
