does anyone know where i can get a free computer, my computer was recently just stolen out of my house while i was still inside the house and i really dont have the money to go out and buy a computer since i'm flat broke right about now. it would be greatly appreciated if you guys know where i would be able to get a desktop of some sort for free, and then i can continue modding again.

People do give away computers. Rarely is it a top of the range one, but its still a computer.

Check if they have a Freecycle in your area. http://www.freecycle.org/

I highly doubt you'll get one that can run GTA though.

I know my high school (in Montgomery County, FYI) gave away surplus computers a couple years ago. I think we gave them all away by now, but another school might be doing something similar.

If you live In Australia you can try Gumtree

On the side of the road, I actually use to go to the tip and find a bunch of parts from computers there, make a Frankenstein computer :P.

Thrift stores also offer a cheep alternative, always good for parts :P
