i will never forget those people on the top floors.. and the people that jumped into death.

I will also never forget kevin cosgrove who was on the phone by the time he died and you could hear the screams and the buildings colapse... In my 20 Years of life i never heard anything like that.

Are you living inside a rock or something or maybe you are posting from the future?

Today is the 8th unless I missed something saying it goes 5, 6, 7, 8, 11 now... lol

But any ways ya, so many people killed for nothing. Also to anyone who thinks our government did it can go suck a fat one...

LOL ik it isn't the 11th but it is all over the tv now.

and i don't think anybody thinks that the gov did it, it is very obvious it was a terrorist attack.

no i agree. Not even the U.S Gov would do that.

And the fact that after 9/11 even more crazy islamic dudes killed themselves gives me right.. or did the u.s gov did that too? i don't think so xD

Still remember the day I walked out of my first school and heard about the attacks.

Even more so, I still remember walking out of middle school on the day of the London Attacks. Something that changed the shape of this country forever.

Yeah i think it was that one.

and they say it all started when the russians wanted to take over afghanistan and pakistan, but the rebels (moslims) defended their country's.

Though I was just a one year old at the time... My dad was a paramedic with the FDNY for a short time. Prior to him being in the FDNY he was in the SFFD (San Francisco). He was working for the FDNY the day of 9/11/01, He responded to the 911 call as well as many others, his friend (My former god parent) was my dad's best friend, they saved each other and kept each other going, When my dad arrived on scene it was right when the tower collapsed. Luckily, he was able to seek cover in the back of his ambulance right as the tower was falling. His partner was never to be found when the debris was cleared... :'(

Today my dad is still alive, he's now working for the Oakland tribune as a copy editor.

I was 9, I walked around the corner from the hallway by my room to the living room, looked up and seen the first plane in the background of Good Morning America, they zoomed in, and we saw the second. Everyone just froze, in confussion and shock, then in terror and unbelief when the second one happened, as it was obviously not a mistake. Horrible day, I remember my teacher being really upset and everyone talking (4th grade). Then we were dismissed from school early. I don't remember much else other then the images of debris and people. Overall a horrible day for any country, 9/11 went beyond countries, we were and are talking about human lives lost.

I was 8 back when it happened. And I remember our teacher turning on the TV even though the school didn't want her to. She felt we deserved to know what happened. I also remember parents coming to pick up their kids because they were afraid that more planes may have been involved. It was some crazy shit.

Watched every single documentairy and movie about it like three times. It also has a big impact on my life.

CLICKY

my mum was in new york when it happend. She is still alive, but my dad turned on the TV and then it popped up and he said he thought it was on the TV show where they made fake stuff up.

Even more so, I still remember walking out of middle school on the day of the London Attacks. Something that changed the shape of this country forever.

And don't forget about the bombing of four trains here in Spain, the 4/11 2004, 191 victims...

Yeah i think it was that one.

and they say it all started when the russians wanted to take over afghanistan and pakistan, but the rebels (moslims) defended their country's.

You can't blame the soviets for the attack, remember who gave weapons to the afghans, the US. Besides, it's not so easy, I think there were two factions fighting against the soviets; one were just the normal people who wanted to protect the country against the soviet invasion, and other were the fundamentalist faction, who also were given weapons. And the same when the afghanistan invasion started in 2001, there was an afghan faction that was going to fight against the Talibans.

And before anyone starts, you neither can blame the muslims for what happened; something is being muslim, following your rules and traditions, and other different is being a radical. I have a muslim friend, and it's a good guy.

I remember the day the attacks happened; I was 5, almost 6, I was back from school with my mom in the afternoon, the TV was on, and on it the two towers on flames, althought I don't live in the US, it was very impressive. Sad day. Last year I visited the FDNY museum, I almost cried when I entered in the 9/11 memorial part, so impressive and emotive. RIP to all the heroes who gave their lives that day.

If that would have never happen the world would be much better than is now. After the Berlin wall fell, there was hope to reach a more peaceful world, but since the attacks... the world is full of radicals, and seems being divided even more, we (all the countries of the NATO) are patroling the fucking desert of that hole called Afghanistan since 2001, wasting money giving weapons to their security forces, and building schools for teaching what's the democracy (and losing soldiers there), and for what? As soon as we all leave that shit hole they will destroy the school and their security forcers joins the talibans. Everything is full of security measures (and even more if you go to the US), and in the USA has spreaded since that day a strange excesive patriotism, sometimes being ridiculous (don't get offended guys).

There are two things I really wish: first if having the chance of visiting the 80s, and second that the WTC attacks never happened, like I said, since that day the world is much more fucked up...
