He already did actually (though not in the Download this file button). Open the PoliceBackup.zip under What's New in Version 1.1.0.

Its a great Plugin, the  only problem I have is it spawns all types of police vehicles ie police vans, bikes, LSSD in the city and vesa vera, maybe needs something in the .ini file to make it spawn only the relevant vehicles in the right places maybe, the plus side you can concentrate on the chase so it's good plugin, well done...

Go into the INI for me and change the 'unitJoinIntervalMs' to something a little higher.
I usually run with 20000; however they shouldn't be called when you do a traffic stop. I'll look into it for you and make another update.

Check my attachment where I highlighted in blue and that's where you should change it to 20000 :)

Hey Josh. So I did what ya told me to (AutoCheckForUpdates=false for Policer) and it still didn't work. Sorry that I wasn't clear about the review earlier but your mod doesn't crash for me. The thing is when both Policer and Auto Backup run together, your mod works perfectly fine but the Policer doesn't (follow/mimic/drugalyzer/parking tickets/and ambient events didn't work for some reason), except Road Management (F6) which worked. And when I removed your mod, the Policer fully worked again. I don't know if you experience the same problem as mine but if there is a fix to this, please help and I greatly appreciate your work and effort as well as Albo!

Edit: I mistook Road Management for another mod that calls for tow truck so the whole Policer won't work when runs along with Auto Backup Pursuit, sorry.

I have it set so now and still can not stop vehicles :(

There is a new version so you should install it and see if it helps.

But unfortunately the Plugins Traffic policers and Arrest Manager will not load.
I play first without your plugin and wait so from what's to come for updates.

Hi, another problem : if I force on duty with "space+f9", your plugin is crashing lspdfr ;)

It only works if I go on duty the normal way (inside a police station)

Unfortunately I'm still fixing that  one up so straight answer is no, this is just a hotfix.

no worries man take your time and i love this mod. TP and Arrest Manager are just to difficult to bring myself to disable :P

Loving the idea, however i have 2 questions.

1, After the last update the spawned cops don't seem to move at all even after turning all the options in the trainer to ignore player and police don't dispatch and stuff like that off. Is there anyways i can fix that? (Oh also the blips don't seem to disappear after the call has ended)

2, Police aren't dispatched in ALL my calls, however they were dispatched in some. Wondering if that's normal or not.

Great plugin nonetheless, just wanted someone to clear that up for me :P

1. If you force duty, I have noticed that odd things may happen, however if you go on duty via a police station it should work normally.
I'm working to fix the issues and some of them seem to be happening in the base mod, however I can't be too sure and need to troubleshoot extensively to get it working as a whole.
2. Yes, this is normal and sometimes backup will take longer to arrive.

Sorry it's a bit buggy at the moment, finding out what's going wrong!

I got back from London and tried this. Unfortunately, it seems to break all my own mods and some others. If you need any help coding around this please shoot me a PM

hi i installed into my lspdfr plugins folder and went on to play lspdfr and when i had a pursuit nothing happend i still have to press b for back up because none were coming iam i doing something wrong

works like a charm with all of Albos mods. I love this lil nugget of a mod. I changed the max units up to 40 for lol's and lol's I got.
