    Hi, thanks for testing Patrol ALPR! The real GTA V plates are not included in the download: Rockstar's files can't be shared, so you export them from your own game (2 minutes, read-only): 1. In OpenIV open x64e.rpf > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf > vehshare.ytd 2. Export as PNG, without renaming: plate01, plate02, plate03, plate04, plate05, yankton_plate 3. Put the 6 files in: plugins\LSPDFR\pdComp\addons\PatrolALPR\gta_plates\ (See "RECOMMENDED: THE REAL GAME PLATES" in the README.) Also check: - Plates only show once a car is read: pdComp's ALPR must be ON (CTRL + F8), you must be in a police vehicle, with a car in front or behind within range. - The contents of the archive's "Grand Theft Auto V" folder must be merged into your GTA V folder (PatrolALPR.dll goes in plugins\LSPDFR\pdComp\addons\). - On first start the add-on fills plugins\LSPDFR\pdComp\data\addons\PatrolALPR.v1\textures with its images. If that folder stays empty, your GTA folder is probably read-only: run RAGE Plugin Hook as administrator.

    Thanks for your feedback and suggestion! I’ve included an INI file in v1.1 that lets you adjust the display’s position and size. This should address your request. Please let me know if you encounter any issues

    Patrol ALPR – Realistic In-Car ALPR System for pdCompPatrol ALPR is an independent add-on for pdComp – Police Computer, designed to provide a realistic and immersive Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) experience in LSPDFR. The plugin introduces a dedicated in-car ALPR display, featuring live front and rear camera monitoring, infrared-style license plate readings, vehicle information and automatic hotlist notifications. Patrol ALPR works alongside pdComp's existing ALPR system, using its detection logic and vehicle database while providing a new interface inspired by real-world police ALPR equipment.
