Vehicle Stopping Tools and Tactics (VSTT) 1.0.0

Tired of endless chases? Wait, I've heard that before.. Well, it doesn't matter. Me too. That's why I made a new plugin—the second one. Vehicle Stopping Tools and Tactics (VSTT).

This is a plugin (really?) to which I added 3 features:

  • First: The good old Kill Engine. For those who haven't seen it: You press the hotkey, you crash into a car, the suspect's engine dies, and the car stops. Simple.

  • Farther.. Road Spikes. Well, you just press a button and—just like in the "Pack Man" mission (remember that 12-kilometer truck drive?)—road spikes appear behind your car. If the suspect runs over them, their driving will deteriorate significantly. Nothing more to say here.

  • And one last thing.. EMP. You press the button, and then you need to maintain a distance of 15 meters for 10 seconds. During this time, the suspect's car gets debuffs (worse control, lower max speed). On the 10th second, the car stops completely.

I know many of you will just spam the Kill Engine because it’s way easier, but I’m going to redo it in a much more "hardcore" way in version 1.0.1.

P.S. READ THE README VSTT.TXT! THERE'S THE INSTALLATION, THE REQUIREMENTS, AND EVERYTHING YOU NEED!

Hello,

First of all, you have not updated any of your plugins. Secondly, I understand that you may not see the importance of keeping this information up to date, however others do.

I’m simply trying to make LSPDFR easier to debug for our Community Helpers, who put their heart and soul into making LSPDFR accessible to everyone. By maintaining an up-to-date database.

Therefore, I do not see any usefulness whatsoever in your trolling comment.
