Welcome to Traffic Policer! This script modification for LSPDFR greatly enhances not only traffic policing, but policing in general. It sports various major features that will make your shift as a police officer much more realistic, and, above all, fun! 

Requirements - some of these are included (credits go to their appropriate authors):

  • LSPDFR 0.4.2 (not included)
  • Albo1125.Common 6.6.3.0 or higher (included)
  • RAGENativeUI 1.6.3.0 or higher (included)
  • RAGEPluginHook 0.51 or higher (not included)
  • A legal copy of GTA V (versions 1.0.1011.1-1.0.1604.1).

Installation Instructions are provided in the ReadMe & Documentation files.

Traffic Policer's Features are explained in the Documentation files & video.

I have kept lowering it myself and this is the value I ended with yesterday (haven't tested it yet), there were so many flags that I didn't know where to start.

Yea, apparently LSPDFR throws in lots of suspended & expired licences. Even with a 15% chance of detecting LSPDFR's flag, it still occurs often! I think 15 is a pretty good value for now :thumbsup:

That was like a true revelation to see behind the scenes of the flag system, the amount of flags is crazy. Haven't done any speed enforcement this session so I haven't tested it, eventually we'll get the right percentage!

Took several hours testing with the new version 6.0.0.3 and I am convinced that causes a problem after a while, lower the framerate (eg 60fps to 48-40fps) when a vehicle stop with SHIFT, if the pullover is suspended, rise back to normal. It happens sometimes last an hour, but ends up happening. That does not happen with the previous version 6.0.0.2. Please look at it.

Also talk to you about something else has happened to me that has created events like drunk driver driving a large truck and a bus being unroadworthy vehicle, the problem of these two vehicles is that they can not be stopped normally with SHIFT for pull over.

Pullover issues with large vehicles is an LSPDFR 0.3 issue. Nothing I can do about it.

Can you send me a log so I can look into fps drops?

Hello! First of all I want to thank you for your your mod and for the effort in improving it. Unfortunately I have a problem. I played LSPDFR fine until some hours ago. When I started the game the auto-update feature told me that Traffic Policer and Arrest Manager were updated so I downloaded both and installed as I did before. Since this update I had problems when going on duty. LSPDFR crashes when I go on duty in the normal way/by the "ForceDuty" command in console. I tried to check what was wrong but unfortunately I had no clue. Can someone help me? I thank you!

First of all, new to this mod, absolutely love it. Has been said many times, but to me this mod is the best mod for any game so far!

I just updated the mod after I got an ingame popup, notifying me of the update. (Latest versions of RPH en SH.) However, now the game crashes instantly after spawning my vehicle. (it says GTA V stopped working).

Only got 3 vehicles replaced and never had problems with them before so that cant be it.

I did have other plugings (mostly callouts), tried deleting them but the game keeps crashing as soon as it should say "traffic policer loaded" (it doenst show this now). It did run fine (exept for the ocasional memory error) on the previous version..

Any thoughts? Many thanks.. Log included

Just to clarify; returning line is in Dutch:

Bribe Mod is causing problems - delete it or update it.

The recent update hasn't solved my problem. I think my issue is related to one my currently installed mods but I'm not sure. Also my R.P.H. Log.

P.S. I crashed recently due to game memory loss which is unrelated to my T.P. issue.

You didn't update RageNativeUI like the changelog told you to. 

 

Yes I did unless I was doing something wrong by putting it in the main GTA V directory. When i put in an older version of the NativeUI the game will at least not crash.

In that log, Arrest Manager is out of date : please update it. 

Also, install police radio in Plugins/LSPDFR and not in the Plugins folder as you have now.

I recommend posting in the support forum as in that log Traffic Policer isn't even loaded yet. There's probably another issue with your LSPDFR installation. Or maybe, if the entire gta is crashing, you've installed a corrupted vehicle.

this speed checker is too much suspicious, it's looks like a whole city is a criminal capital every 10 sec some times even two cars at one time it's allert about license problem or owner is wanted. You said it's uses native LSPDFR base, then why it's sometimes alert about owner is wanted for police cars? Nah Realistic ANPR is better than this.

so i put everything in but the new version mimic and follow me are not working at all i can call for transport and i get the blue window on a traffic stop but i cannot mimic them off the road

I recommend posting in the support forum as in that log Traffic Policer isn't even loaded yet. There's probably another issue with your LSPDFR installation. Or maybe, if the entire gta is crashing, you've installed a corrupted vehicle.

Flag chance is configurable in the ini file due to the high volume of flags I suggest you have a look there. And yes real lspdfr flags are used: if it says owner wanted it's actually the case if you were to check the ID.

LSPDFR is crashing after i have to show evidence in court. thats the only time it crashes. other than that it runs good. any suggestions?
