cool mod, however. having to speed up ahead of the pursuit get out and deploy the spikes is really hard. is there anyway you can make it deploy while in the car for controller version ?

Thanks Kilyin! I'm asking because I still didn't have the chance to try this and Spotlight out but if this works I'd assume Spotlight does as well! :D

Being honest I haven't started to work on the deploy from car, I have been more focused on other projects. And there wasn't any update, the last update is from the 17 of December, it was already compatible with RPH 0.34 and LSPDFR 0.3 so it didn't need any update

The size adjustment is working, but the strips aren't deploying.  I'm using an xbox controller.

Love that mod. However changing size is not actually changing the size, it changes the number of spikes. I mean size 1 drop 1 spikestrip, size 2 drop 2 spike strip side-by-side w/ equal length (same as size 1 spike).

Is this normal? Because it's not likely on the pictures and police ai spikes

@Aleirin Yes, it's normal. In the pictures the spike strip is also multiple spike strips side by side but with less space between them because it's from an old version where it didn't have much performance impact, since the update where it detects each wheel individually it has a bit more of performance impact so to reduce that having the same effect I decided to space them a bit.

Would you like to have them again without spaces in a future update?

Hard to say, depends on how much impact on performance actually. May be an optional but of course it cost you more time. So decision is in your hands (:

Probably you will only notice the performance if you're a crazy maniac like me who likes to drop various spike strips across the highway

Im actually on 2 lane roads blocking 1 lane w/ my vehicle and dropping spikes on the another lane. But of course on highways i need at least size 3 spikes (:

So according to this, obviously it wont impact my performance :D

No, the only way will be to remove the spikes before the other units pass over them.

I don't think it will work, but you can download the previous version, v0.7.1.
