I've always enjoyed LSPDFR and the many great callout packs created by the community. While playing, I realized that I personally was looking for more callouts focused on the everyday side of police work incidents that don't always end with an arrest, a pursuit, or a shootout, but instead let you experience the more routine parts of patrol.

Since I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, I decided to create my own callout pack. It originally started as a small personal project, but after adding more and more scenarios, I thought it would be worth sharing with the community.

At the moment, the pack features 14 unique callouts, each with multiple possible outcomes and different spawn locations.

The pack also includes optional NPCI integration (3.1+). If you are using NPCI, NPCs recognize when they are part of a callout and respond accordingly, making interactions feel more natural and immersive.

Current Callouts

NEW – Supervisor Requested at Traffic Stop

Added a new callout where an officer requests a supervisor during a traffic stop.

Includes multiple possible outcomes, several spawn locations, custom scanner audio, and full NPCAI context support for more natural interactions.

NEW - Offficer Involved Shooting

An officer involved shooting has been reported. Respond to the scene, investigate what happened, speak with witnesses, visit the deceased person’s home, and determine whether the use of force was justified.

NEW – Property Trespassing

A new trespassing callout has been added. Respond to a property-related trespassing complaint, speak with the involved parties, and decide how to handle the situation.

The callout features multiple possible situations, randomized behavior, and different locations for more variety. Thanks for the Idea! @OfficerAlexis

Noise Disturbance

Neighbors report a group of intoxicated people causing a disturbance. Respond to the scene and deal with the situation. Features multiple outcomes and several different spawn locations.

Parking Dispute

A dispute has broken out over a parking space. Whether it's illegal parking, someone stealing a parking spot, or another disagreement, it's up to you to calm the situation. Includes multiple outcomes. 16+ Spawns

Trespassing at Taxi Yard

A taxi company reports a suspicious person wandering around their property. Investigate the situation, which can develop in several different ways with multiple possible outcomes.

Sergeant Requested

A citizen insists on speaking with a sergeant regarding an important matter. Report to Mission Row Police Station, speak with the citizen, and assist them with their concern.

Stolen Tanker (Please Report any spawn bugs)

A tanker carrying highly explosive cargo has been stolen. Locate and stop the vehicle before disaster strikes. +55 NEW Spawns

Suspicious Ammo Purchase

An Ammu-Nation employee reports a customer attempting to purchase an unusually large amount of ammunition. Respond to the store and investigate the situation. 5+ Spawns

Construction Worker Dead

A construction worker has been found dead at a construction site. Respond to the scene and investigate what happened.

Bank Dispute

Bank staff report a disturbance involving a customer. Respond to the bank, determine what caused the dispute, and resolve the situation. Features multiple outcomes and several different spawn locations.

Taxi Driver Dispute

A taxi driver reports a dispute with a passenger. Respond to the scene, determine what happened, and resolve the situation. Features multiple outcomes and several different spawn locations. 13+ Spawns

Stolen Bus (Please Report any spawn bugs)

A city bus has been reported stolen. Locate the vehicle, stop the suspect, and bring the situation to a safe conclusion.

Public Urination

Citizens report a person urinating in public. Respond to the scene, investigate the situation, and deal with it appropriately. Features multiple possible outcomes. 22+ Spawns

Does the blue marker guy not say anything at all? Because if you interact with him by pressing Y, he should normally give you clear instructions on what happened and what to do next.

Im confusedf with what you mean npcai integration? you still have to talk to them in text, and when i ask them anything about the situation they have no idea what im talking about. i still have to feed them all the information to create the story, the taxi driver doens't even know hes a taxi driver and says he walking

Hey, thanks a lot for the report.

You were right: the NPCAI hookup had a couple of bugs on my end, so the context like role, scenario, and mood wasn’t actually reaching the NPCs, even though it looked like it should. Sorry about that, that’s on me. I think I broke it again after testing and changing parts of the code.

The fix should be done now. I’m currently testing it, and it will be included in the next update.

I really appreciate you taking the time to flag it!

You will still need to talk to the NPCs normally first, since not everyone uses the NPCAI integration. However, after the regular dialogue, the NPCs should still understand what the callout is about and react with the correct context.

ahh yes thats what i thought, would be good if there was an option to turn off the text bsed but then it wouldnt be able to trigger the next part of the scenario i dare say. Thank you for the reply! ill update and test again and see how it pans out!

Yes, that’s the issue.

Maybe I’ll figure out a way to work around it, for example by triggering the scenario after a few seconds or handling it differently through the NPCI dialogue. However, that would take significantly more time, and for now I want to focus on fixing the actual core issue first.

I’ll take a closer look at it and see if there’s a proper way to implement it through NPCI dialogues only. For now, I’ll release the fix so the NPCs correctly know what their role is, what they are doing, and what the callout is about.

Did you change anything in the INI file?

Also, are you talking to the correct officer, the bigger/fat one? He should be the one you interact with.

Hello! I just uploaded a new version with a fix for the OIV installer. Please let me know if you're still having any issues with it.

Also, thank you for the compliment! I really appreciate it.

What about a citizen arrest callout, where a person arrest another, for exemple shoplifting, or mugging old people
