it's mainly for people who have add on cars and who know what they are doing. If you've been playing fine without it, 99% chance you don't need it. Also helps a little bit if you're having problems with mods crashing your game for excess memory usage, like ComputerPlus has been doing these past 4 updates.

This has been an issue for me lately. I suppose I'll have to give this "gameconfig" a try and hope it solves the crashing from Computer+. I'll post back here in about a week with some results 😉

it helps a little, but ComputerPlus is still shitting itself, just not as often.

What exactly is ComputerPlus doing? I haven't had an issue yet. I am on version 1.3.6.2 though.

it's been doing it since he added the ped history, crashes every 2 or 3 pullovers. You check the ped database, close it and go to check the vehicle database and whole game shuts down back to desktop. It's unplayable.

Had to delete half my mods and all but 2 addon cars just so I can do a 30 minute video every week without it crashing.

Are you allowed to PM an older version of the mod because a lot of us been having these crashes with the last few versions of computer+?

I don't think so, If you get a mod to say it's ok, then I will. I have a folder on my desktop called "RAR". Every time I download anything, I put the .rar there for this reason. You may want to ask the author as well.

I downloaded the file but when I go to extract it it says no archieve/broken. @HazardHound

Maybe try downloading again, are you using Winrar?

Well it's Saturday. Only one crash since I installed this gameconfig! The crash was most likely caused by me, as I was spawning in random vehicles, doing a stress test. Other than that it's been great.

Yes using winrar... I downloaded from lspdfr and Gta5-mods same results... Not sure what's the deal...

If You Have Entity Persistent Installed Your Game Will Crash.It Doesn't Agree With Police Computer.

Remove It And Try Your Game Without It.Report Back And Let Us Know

I'd rather remove ComputerPlus than Entity Persistance, lol.

That's why I never crashed. I don't use Entity Persistence because of the performance loss. As a matter of fact, since I removed it, I haven't crashed at all.   

Seems like a very nice config sir, good job! I did a patrol for 1-1.5 hrs without any crashes even though I use Computer+ a lot while on patrol. Is that config based on 1x peds 1x vehicles btw ?

so does this go into the main directory? thats where i put it lol but im still getting frequent crashes but if i did install it right, i saw a little bit of a performance boost lol. Lemme know if its supposed to be downloaded and put somewhere specific pls and thanks
