Oh my god what are those tires? And why so much lights?

Change the rims to a more modern police fit or at least add different rims into the download file so we can replace at our leisure and the car is spectacular. Also hope it has LODs.

They aren't correct but the Caprice does come with plastic wheel covers for the steel wheels if you prefer that instead of the usual Police duty center caps.  I assume that is what the maker was attempting to replicate.

naahh i didn't tried to replicate anything to be honest, the wheels came with the model i used, and i didnt thought they need to be changed since i liked them under the car ;)
but i'm not from USA and i didnt knew that such wheels are a no go! so i will update the model in the future to police wheels

Just an FYI, both cars have the same wheels, with different "dressings" on top of them.

Looking at some of your work, I think you could do better than this. No doubt I'm sure it has a lot of time and work put into it, but like the last 2 caprices that were released pre-ELS, I just have trouble looking past the poorly scaled perimeter mount lights, in this case, the wheel covers, and the improper grill design. I also have always wanted a caprice that has less lights and is a little more realistic, but that is just my opinion and I wouldn't hold you up on it.  These are just my constructive criticisms, but please keep modeling, I look forward to seeing more of your work!  Happy new year!

thanks for all the advice mate, well to be all clear, this model in special was a request for somebody, i'm not american myself, so all i do is improvise :P the one requested this does love 'a christmas tree' light setup, so that's why this thing is full of them :P

@mohaalsmeer Love this vehicle, only thing that i suggest is to remove the spotlight from the warning lights, as it is too odd now, and make it a non-els controlled extra.

Model really looks good except it needs a Red and Blue light version, needs the black rims with the silver/chrome hub caps like most department's in the U.S have and the biggest thing... That "T Hawk" emblem on the trunk has got to go... I mean that sticker that BXBugs puts on his vehicles in the driver side of the dash is annoying asf and ugly as all hell but at least you don't really see it but this one you can see from the back, where your camera is positioned most of the time while driving and no offense but it makes this beautiful car look hideous. Make these changes and tons more people would download it, myself included.

hey I have two request, can u put the black wheels one it like the one picture shows, and can you plz do a lapd skin with red and blue els?

Christmas is over bud, you can take down your tree. ;)
Good work though, we always appreciate a new caprice. I'd certainly be ecstatic if you could do away with the side runners and exterior lightbar!

I definitely think you could release a couple versions of this and get many downloads with each. I think most would prefer a slicktop or unmarked version and a version with the light package scaled back a bit. Looks awesome!

Forgot to mention this... but I 2nd this one, the running board lights should go... or at least there should be another version of this model without them.

can you make a red and blue version please.

It may have nice lighting, but hey, wtf with that tires (not rims)? Why are they pitch black? Why are other "dark" parts of the car (wipers, pieces here and there) actually PITCH black? It's bad. Every surface should reflect some light, and thus must not be pitch black. I can't even see tire tread texture. What a shame.

Love the car but could you make a version with red and blue lights?

To get your lights to work, you have to have ELS by Lt. Caine installed. Once it is installed, you should navigate into the ELS folder and open the Pack_default folder. Then you put your .xml file into the  Pack_default folder. I included a screenshot of what the ELS folder looks like when properly installed. (I use the retail version of the game, not the Steam, so don't get confused by the directory I'm in. :)
