Hi how can i install it on vehicles

With Zmod or 3ds Max. Go with both Programms of Import Files and imort the .obj File. Add the Texture and than you can use it on your vehicle. It is not a Stuff they you can install Ingame on Cars.

Damn I wish I could get that police hat and Chuck it on my LAPD peds I guess Ima have to wait since I know I defo won't be able to convert this onto ped model,
