It is. I wanted something with that color scheme/setup but didn't want to go accurate.

I reached out on discord. Change the sirensettings to "123" for the fix.

Hello, love the model. I have an issue with the siren settings. The setting you have it at is "0". The problem with this is none of the civilian vehicles are reacting to the lights and/or sirens. What do I need to change it to, or is this another issue entirely? Thank you!

Yeah, I like that livery color for like Blaine County.  Could you make a BC one?  Also with that livery a mini pack would be cool.  Maybe an Explorer, Tahoe, CV's are a little old school but they're cool to see.

It's a possibility. I've been busy with college and work, so my time for making cars has dropped a lot. I do have a few things I want to update and do before making a pack.

Nice charger love the livery would really suit an FPIU or Tahoe as well to make a little pack.

Nice car.  Personally I'd would like to see ALPR units, RADAR, and a working spotlight (it doesn't have to be one that rotates, but rather just upright and turns on with the takedowns) added if you update this unit.
