Also obv the Captain cars are rare so their internet presence is almost zero but I think more recently they've been given unmarked Explorers (with civilian rims). See below. Beginning at 0:48 there is an unmarked Explorer on the right with a CHP-style lightbar with the steady-blue and directional mounted in the bottom of the rear window.

I haven't really seen any explorer's Like that up here in Golden Gate, but I have seen the interceptor sedan's and Dodge Rams, they are given to SDU (Special Duties Unit) officers from like Warrant Services or SWAT and other units, those are extremely rare to catch

@ Thehurk  at the 2013 explorer there is no stady burn in fron when you get out 

I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but somethings weird with the CVPI w/Vector VCF. When I go to stage 3 the lights are all on, but don't rotate. I'm going to investigate the VCF and see if something can be changed there. Also, in your skin rar for SAHP, there is nothing in the Crown Victoria folder.

Ahhh. So it's like IV in the sense that it has to use the same slot as a car that had rotating lights. At least with V we can edit what slot that can be.

are you that stupid!!!  do you really think that CHP cant change different patterns on the light bar.  I have seen videos of them on YouTube.   they are not stuck with only one light pattern

Quite frankly, no this isn't America.  I'm sorry to break it to you, but it's something called the internet which on this site has certain rules and regulations on what you can say and how you rate files.

"I've seen videos of them on YouTube" and you call me stupid... I live three blocks from a CHP station, so please tell me "All knowing CHP expert" what patterns have you seen on YouTube besides the yelp pattern (which can't be replicated due to the limitations of ELS) or a different TA pattern (which is changeable on the fly with ELS).

I'm sorry, but a rating system is for someone to rate based on what they feel on whatever subject or item they are using.  So if you want to take the time out of your day to hassle someone for something so small, then you need to find a job or a hobby.  its not like I was an ass or anything with my review.  I said I liked the models, and a 4  star rating is not even bad.  let people have an opinion!!!  I would be ok with whatever anybody thought about anything, because I feel that it is a human right that we all have in life.  sorry for hurting your feelings.

For starters, EVERY California vehicle has a steady burn that the officer is unable to turn off because of STATE LAW. This is a California Highway Patrol PACK.

Another thing is you clearly don't understand how modeling with ELS works. It was not actually possible for me to set the cars up the way you want them to be, because I wouldn't have enough extras, nor would i have all the patterns I want for this pack.

Have you never seen steady burn on any emergency vehicle? Sure, they can turn it off, however the steady burn option in ELS doesn't allow you to do that. An if they do use their front lights, they are required to use them. That's the law. And yes, they actually do follow the law, even in reality.

You're right, CHP doesn't have any other main pattern than the wig wag and the secondary yelp flash. It (the flashing pattern) can however be replicated with ELS, I have done it myself! And youtuber Polecat has so to. Thing is, that pattern is not added to the CHP format, it's only in the LEDS format, which we (as if what I've discovered atm) can't use if we for example want to have that unique blue steady burn in the back while using the traffic advisor.  Therefor, I have made a comment asking of we could get that pattern in the CHP format, and if he (Lt. Caine) could make the current wig-wag one a bit quicker, to make it realistic.

Again, yes they are stuck with the wig wag and flash flash patterns. They can't switch between them when they want. Not every car has the flashing one either, as far as I know.

The only thing they can choose, is whether or not to have front lights activated (which will also trigger the steady burn), to have all front lights steady burn, or to have them off. In the back, they can (seperately) controll if they want the in-and-out pattern, or a traffic advisor. They can infact use the wig wag at the same time as the traffic advisor with the blue steady burn, but we can't do that as of right now, since ELS is limited on that part.

If you scroll up a bit I explained to someone about the yelp pattern.  The best solution for the yelp pattern is to have Lt Caine implement it into the CHP setting because using the LED setting kinda fucks the lstg 1 and 2.

Yeah, I've worked around it kinda. Stage 1 is fine, Im not touching that secondary group. But I can't have the traffic advisor without the red on as well as the blue, which sucks a bit. I really wish we could have both the front lights and the back advisor on at the same time aswell.

You're right! California emegency vehicles don't have steady burns or amber in the rear of the vehicle. Our bad. Still can't believe no department follows that law that states you have to have a steady burn on the vehicle. 

No, every California emegency vehicle has a steady burn, either you're blind or your little brain can't comprehend the simple task of looking at a lightbar.  I mean come on dude, look at a video on YouTube of CHP and or LAPD, they have steady burns. 

I also don't think you've ever been in a police car, you can't just turn off a light. Certain siren controllers can do certain things to a lights on the vehicle, but never have i heard that you can just turn off a single steady burn light. So in all reality, they can't turn it off. No offense.

In Addition to this, the 2016 explorer tends to flip over in fast corners or when sverving left to right. Due to my poor knowledge in terms of GTA handling, I wont tool with it. But it seems to be caused by a too high center of mass or something like that.

(Tried it on pranger and police2)

Hi i replaced my policeold1 slot with the slicktop crown vic car looks awesome! I was just wondering if this pack came with the all white "polar bear" livery for the slicktop vic? Thanks! Also where do I go to change the line in the vehicle meta?

I'm sorry, but someone needs to say it. You are the biggest fucking idiot that I've ever seen on this website. Not only are you willfully ignorant, but you're not pretending to be stupid/troll. I live in California, Santa Barbara, I see CHP, SBSC, SBPD respond to something at least once a week, not only that but same goes for the fire departments and medical, they ALL have at least steady burn red. You clearly are blind or are just saying you "live" in California to somehow give yourself some false credibility. Continue being willfully ignorant and see how far it takes you, also remember, ignorance is bliss to you but to everyone around you it's pathetic. 

If you actually don't live in California, you can look up a multitude of Emergency service cars responding on youtube, you can look out for the steady burn red and you will find out that it is indeed a real thing.

Change the handling that the vehicle uses to gresley.

Yes, if you look in the .ytd there are multiple. If you want to change the line for the meta to make it have multiple liveries, add FLAG_HAS_LIVERY to the slot it uses.

@Thehurk Thank you for making an ELS Version of your CHP pack.

Any body know how to get the rider to sit on the BMW bike properly? I have the ELS version of the BMW bike now! Any help is appreciated in advance.
