It is a blank RPF archive in which you can use to convert FiveM Vehicle Packs to Singleplayer Addon DLC.

 

HOW TO INSTALL AND USE

1) Download and Extract.

2) Rename the folder car_blank and give it a relevant name.

3) Place vehicle models in vehicle.rpf

4) Place modkits in tuning_mods.rpf

5) Place all meta files in data

6) Now just place it in your dlcpacks folder and add the name to dlclist.xml

 

You can use this archive for conversion as many times as you want. Just keep renaming the folder.

 

Modkits work. I have tested it. But you may experience some rare crashes.

 

If you wish to use more than one DLC made from this blank archive simultaneously

- Extract context.xml and setup2.xml file from DLC RPF.

- Replace all instances of "car_fhp" with the name of your dlc folder.

- Save both the files and put those back in the dlc rpf

You can't convert Non ELS vehicle to ELS. However you can use ELS to control the Siren audio and toggle Siren lights

ive run into an issue where not all of the extras are appearing. And some will toggle off and not toggle back on. Is that a trainer issue or an issue with the vehicles themselves?

I am currently running into issues where the car files are not spawning... with the name i added into vehicles.RPF and after I installed the security retro pack form Redneck modfications

Watch part 2 and 3 of the guide and then try again.
In case you are using Menyoo, do you see any message like "vehicle does not exist" or is there no message?

I used simple trainer nothing is popping up for redneck's bearcat but i'm gonna try again see if it works
UPDATE: 3/11/2026 TIME:9:08 AM CST
Got it to work now.. so that's a releif but Extras dont show up but it's okay i needed a normal bearcat for SWAT anyways

Hey idk why you used caps.. but I found good news it wasn't in extras for the ram thingy for like doors and stuff it's front bumper and the rest i had to find in the modkit menu
