I currently am using NickieB's Vest Cops and I like them so much as my normal officers I decided to make a Sheriff skin for them as well.  I have them in the traffic cop slot and it all works and looks great.  I just have one more thing I want to do for it to be perfect.  I want to add Ridgerunner's Campaign Hat to them but when I spawn the hat with the model I'm using the hat is a few inches forward and clipping throught the back of the head.  Is there a way to re-position the ped prop for that slot or does that involve 3d modeling?  Thanks.

In this case I think the charges are justified.  The man reached back into the car AFTER the trooper told him to grab his ID, I don't see why the officer wasn't prepared or expecting the man to go for either a pocket or his vehicle.  From what I saw in the video it didn't look like the man was rushing or scrambling to find something like a weapon, he calmly turned and reached for his license after being asked to do so.

I understand one would be suspicious of the quick movement but you can't just cap someone like that, period. Besides, if he really wanted to be more careful the driver should've been ordered back in his car.

Yeah, everything is very stable if you don´t use modded cars, els and other graphics enhancements ...
But me personally I ´d rather play 20 minutes with smooth graphics, realistic road textures, high polly police vehicles with ELS and realistic ped mods than 2 hours with nothing modded at all ... but that is just my opinion

Download the Simple Native Trainer and set your wanted level to none. Its probably because you spawn on an island you haven't unlocked. Or beat the game, but my way is a heck of a lot quicker.

Can you try and put together an expedition? If you could that would be amazing

What are my thoughts of the iPhone 6? It's the exact same phone as the iPhone 5 and all of it's garbage "5s, 5c" updates.

It's about time they made it larger.  I was just saying a few weeks ago that if they made a 5"+ phone I would consider buying it.  And indeed they finally have.  Can't say much else is different though, looks like they added a "25% faster CPU", a barometer, and NFC payment.  Nothing new there really, those have been around in other phones for quite some time.  It looks better than the old ones though.
 
If my contract runs out I'd have to consider a switch from my LG G2 to the iPhone 6 Plus, when before I never, ever would have considered buying an iPhone.  Even though it's not a revolutionary phone in any way, I've always been a little depressed by the sometimes lackluster performance of even high-end android phones.  With all of my things stored in Google's services though, a switch would be a nightmare and I'll probably just wait for the next big android flagship phone.

When your game crashes in Windows 8 you cant see the task manager even when you CTRL+ALT+DELETE and then click task manager, it still has a black screen covering the task manager so you can't use it, and ALT+TAB -ing to it doesn't work either.  So if the game is in a loading loop or crash but the "GTA IV has stopped running, Quit now?" window doesn't pop up the only way to force close the game is to restart.  

If you wrote it out is there any way you could post that in a topic?  I gave up on a project a while ago because I couldn't figure it out.

As a fellow Oregonian my thoughts go out to the families.  These shootings are an absolute tragedy.  While a debate about these shootings is certainly justified I agree with the others that it should be kept separate from a topic like this to notify people of such a heinous act.   

This! This isnt my dept's truck but its close to it. Ours has more lights and is raised a bit higher with a huge bumper on the front.



 

If you are going for an unmarked vehicle with substantial lighting you could add pit bumpers.
 


 

Just thought I'd share some photos of some local units from Ashland Fire & Rescue and the Ashland Police Department.  
 
I had my scanner off tonight but I walked out my front door to see PD and an Ambu on my street.  Seems to have been an overdose, AF&R left without a transport and PD eventually cuffed the guy and put him in a squad to be taken up to the jail in Medford I suspect.  Anyway, check out the pictures, APD has some pretty nice Caprices!

Yamhill Co. Oregon?! Haha. I live in Yamhill County, and used to be a Cadet. While we don't have Tahoes, we do have a Suburban for Mac PD. That's as close as you could get. Sidenote, I think Sherman, Co. Looks a little cooler.

Good. These people are sick, hate mongering mother fuckers. There has only ever been two deaths I've been happy about, osama bin laden, and Fred Phelps, the leader of the westboro baptist church.
