  1. Yeah well I'm not sure what program you are working with or if you are working with a template at all but my suggestion would be to at least try to work with a graphics program that has layers so that you can have the template on the base layer, then on layers on top of that you can do the design and follow the shapes of the template, then remove the template layer before you save the finished design. If you are using a program like photoshop or pixlr.com then what I use the most is the polygonal lasso tool, I use it to make big selections for clean shapes on the vehicle and then fill that selection in with the paint bucket. Or even just try making a clean pattern (checker boxes, solid lines) and just repeat it across the vehicle (but line each part of it up).
  2. Are you paying out the ass for it? Alternatively; Are you a high quality video editor with an actual need for this power?
  3. Constructive criticism: How about using the line and other shape tools to make straight, clean lines and shapes rather than... scribbles?
  4. Oh wow that makes so much more sense.
  5. I am very interested in your Toyota Landcruiser corleone! Particularly making this sort of texture for it if I find time (and if you don't mind of course!):
  6. Hey Sniper is there any way for the end user to get IVDashcam to work in additional vehicles (in an added vehicles.img file, not the original one)?
  7. I feel like i remember seeing construction workers with handheld signs near one of the construction sites in the game, e: actually after some searching I think they are only stationary roadside stop signs. DISREGARD THAT I AM AN IDORT.
  8. Do you have much training or formal/organisational training for a mandatory role like that?
  9. Can you put it in the gallery rather than the downloads section? Or is that what you are trying. Also maybe copy/paste the error page you are receiving.
  10. Oh my bad, I figured it was somehow rigged to the player model.
  11. Diagnostic log and any other installed modifications you have please.
  12. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
  13. Or just install the first person mod http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/script-mods/2635
  14. Are you directing it to check gta iv or check EFLC? (you have selected EFLC) What game did you install the mod on?
  15. Are you right clicking and running as administrator?
  16. It's important you learn how to fix problems yourself so i'll do my best; if you have now managed to install the modification, and in doing so you have resolved the original problem that made you start this thread, please follow this:http://www.lcpdfr.co...ead-this-first/ and download the diagnostic tool, run it, and post your error log. You are probably just missing a component of the mod.
  17. Hm could be an issue with your save files then. So it is starting a new game when you start gta iv?
  18. Please refer to rjn4's post and every second topic in the support forum for the solution.
  19. Can you get through it if you take out both asi loaders, finish a couple missions, save and then put dsound back in? Do you have a legitimate copy of the game?
  20. If you have adequate 3d modelling and video game rigging experience, yes. If not, no.
  21. world events are random policing activities that spawn near you as you move throughout the gameworld. The most common is just the foot pursuit, generally an ai cop is chasing a ped and will arrest them when they catch up. The second most common is the public intoxication which is just a drunk guy falling over the place that you can arrest or cite. The rarest is the pursuit in progress which is exactly as the name suggests, ai police will be chasing a car and you can choose to join the pursuit if you get close enough. You can use the alt-f12 menu to force a world event to occur.
  22. For me the drug deal callout is the best to go to as I'm pretty sure it's a random chance at any of the 3 outcomes (both hostile, both surrender, one hostile/one surrender) and from then it can be a foot chase or even a car chase. It's great. Although I did have a lot of trouble arresting the surrendering suspect, but that was mostly in RC1. I've gotta say it occurs a lot less in rc2 but when they don't comply that easily usually tasing him a few times will do the trick but sometimes it just won't and you've gotta cap him I guess.
  23. It's a nice way of saying 'do this or i will arrest you for obstruction'/I'm politely asking you to do something that I really can't force you to do. Funny how it has become so nationalised though.
  24. Random world event pursuits were brought back in rc2 I think but they are still very infrequent. I've had about 3 since rc2 came out. But really they are pretty much the same as the suspects fleeing callout. I will agree though that it is kind of cool to see cops already chasing some guy zoom past you.
  25. Just make a windows live account and sign in with it It tracks your achievements and lets you play online with friends. I don't know why you think it's a problem. There's no real need for a 100% gamesave if you're playing lcpdfr. Just start a new game, finish the first couple of missions and save the game, then start playing LCPDFR. If you desperately want to play with the savegame and xliveless then please follow http://www.lcpdfr.com/forum-20/announcement-5-need-support-read-this-first/ and
