Remove your third-party modifications and try again. LCPDFR is not supported with any third party modifications, and can interfere with the functionality of the mod. Remove all of them, try without mods. Then add back mods one by one. Remember, LCPDFR's files should always be in the directory. Never overwrite files provided by LCPDFR for best results.

Run the RPH as administrator.

The RPH does not work with cracked copies, correct.

Yes - If you review the readme for xlive, you'd know that it disables GFWL.

Are you using xlive.dll as your ASI loader?

You can add them with SNT - But you haven't chosen to disable trainer keys, which spawns random attackers in cars. It's all layed out in the SNT Manual, which you should read before using it, as all the keys are explained there. I am fairly certain that is the issue. Keep in mind, we do not support LSPDFR with any third-party modification.

The GTA Online character is stored on the Rockstar servers, and not locally. It's something we want to try, but it's far into the future most likely.

This has nothing to do with LSPDFR, but with GTA V itself. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future. The AI has always been a bit crazy - It's part of GTA V, it was the same in GTA IV, only that the cars in GTA V are going faster, this happens. It's very hard to "fix" the AI.
