You have to be patient. Not all cars are flagged. You do not need to install anything extra, just activate it and drive behind vehicles.

You drive behind vehicles and it will read the licence plates, and give some information.

I think you can bring up the console and type forceduty. Not sure though.

If these log files do not exist, please say so in your support thread. Alright, I will check whenever I can. 1. You must make sure they have left the area and that all suspects are arrested 2. Why would you disable it? You just click login. It's not linked to your lcpdf account (yet) 3. I have no idea.

Are you using the simple native trainer? Make sure that the trainer keys are disabled by going to your GTA IV folder, open trainer.ini, hit CTRL+F, type in KeyBindingsDisabled=0, click on Find Next and replace 0 with 1. This should solve your issue.

It's alt+n I believe. Look in the INI file for all keybinds.
