Hm, and you did use the manual install? Have you tried disabling UAC? UAC is a part of Windows Security introduced with Windows Vista. It will not allow the user (you) to do any change to the computer without giving a warning message. It’s quite annoying and if you have some common sense, it will not be a danger to disable it. Disabling UAC: Open the start menu. Type “UAC” (without quotes) Pull the “slider” all the way down and accept the changes. A reboot may be required in some rare cases.

Have you read the ELS manual? There are some stages involved in ELS v7, which is why someone would need to read the manual.

Can you try manually installing the mod instead?

The entire ELS manual. I can't point you to a specific page, as I do not use ELS myself atm. You should always read manuals and such before using a mod.

Well it's worth an attempt, still I think you should read the manual if you still haven't done so.

In the LCPDFR ini file there is this line: [Main] AllTextMode=False Change it to [Main] AllTextMode=True I'm not 100% sure, but it could work.

Sorry for that, but I can't be expected to do that all the time since this is during my free time you know.. have you tried reinstalling LCPDFR manually?
