  1. Read the manual :)
  2. Sure do that :) Report back here when done!
  3. Legal copy of the game? Running the game as administrator? Latest patch? What other mods are you using? What operating system are you using? Also, please install these http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5549 (If you haven’t updated GFWL, use this).
  4. Known issue, don't use the siren function until it's fixed.

  6. This^ It's only needed when launching the game for the first time I believe. OP: Good luck :)
  7. Could you try installing these? http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5549 (If you haven’t updated GFWL, use this).
  8. It's a known issue. Don't use the siren modes.
  9. That^ Can you try without xlive, and try using Dsound instead?
  10. I think it's a damn shame that some potentially good stories goes to waste because the developer decided to add MP into the mix. I'm not a fan of MP in some games (like watch dogs, for example). I'm more of a "enjoy-a-good-story-and-gameplay" kind of guy, maybe a little biased against multiplayer. Just my opinion.
  11. Can you check your GTA IV directory, make sure you do not have both xlive and dsound in that folder.
  12. No problem, happy gaming! :)
  13. Sure, report back here and we'll see what happens :)
  14. Try with the GFWL patch. Report back when you have tested it. I'll try and dig up what could be wrong.
  15. That ASI-loader will disable GFWL. Use DSOUND.dll instead (comes with the installer of LCPDFR). Remove Xlive.
  16. Do you have xlive.dll in your GTA IV directory?
  17. Have you been able to play LCPDFR before (the older versions) or GTA IV at all?
  18. Do that please :) Thanks! If that doesn't work, make backups of your car mods and apply the default cars pack in.

  20. What other mods are you using? Does it work without those mods?
  21. Running the game as administrator? Latest patch? Legal copy of the game? What other mods are you using?
  22. This^ It's a tedious process, but it usually works.
  23. You will have to use OpenIV or SparkIV to do that I believe.
  24. Legal copy of the game? Running the installer and game as administrator? Running the latest patch? What other mods are you using?
  25. First things first: Latest patch? Running the game as administrator? Legal copy?
