That^There are some issues with modded peds atm.

I haven't had a single crash related to LCPDFR yet. It's actually more stable IMO.

Read the INI file, all key bindings should be in there.

Have you read the user manual?

Make sure you are using the latest patch, legal copy of the game, running the game as administrator.

Are you running the game as administrator? Also, be aware that LCPDFR 1.0 uses a lot more memory than 0.95.

Is it a legal copy of the game? Steam/Retail? Are you running the game as administrator? Using the latest patch? What mods are you using? List them please. Could you run the diag tool ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>) and post the generated log here? Running the game as administrator: Go to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe. Also, download and extract Scripthook.dll and ScripthookDotNet.asi files to your GTA IV directory. (http://www.hazardx.com/details.php?file=83)

Yes, and for that you need to reinstall LCPDFR because the needed version comes pre-installed with that one. I have no idea, since you haven't told me which files are in the folder. You RUN the software I linked you to and post the log here.
