Which version of the game do you have? Steam or Rockstar Warehouse?

Then you need to update your game?

If you find a vehicle you like, you can rename the model file to match the slot you want to replace.

Every mod you download has a readme attached to it, read it! It tells you what to do.

Being banned from GTA Online does not ban you from updating your game as far as I know.

Read the readme for each mod you download. It's all there - The forums is not your personal search engine, even if it's more convenient for you.

The one named "Grand Theft Auto V" will always be the one used by Steam (and the RPH). In my opinion it's a lot easier to make a mods folder, and note which script files you put in your directory. Then it's a simple matter of cut 'n paste these files when you want to play online. Or write a script to do it.

Try starting it with a trainer if you really want to play it. A lot of mods make the campaign unplayable in some places.

ELS is currently in development for GTA V and is pretty much what you ask for.

LSPDFR is still very much in its beta phase. Our plan is to implement as much as possible from LCPDFR into LSPDFR.

You actually can't play it online - The RPH prevents that.

LSPDFR is a singleplayer only modification.

I'm not sure what you mean. Are you even talking about the RPH? or some mod using the RPH?

I'm not sure what you mean. The RPH is CLI based only, there's no GUI to scroll in.
