Also, Go to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe. The end result turned out awesome, nice work as always dude. You are quite the master when it comes to the IV editor. As I said before, the song really fits with the video, it makes it seem like a trailer.

What Mr.LukeD here said, you need to use the manual installer for any extra copies or EFLC. Follow this tutorial ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>)

Do you by any chance have both DSOUND and XLIVE in your game directory?

I recommend you to install lcpdfr manually by following this guide (>www.lcpdfr.com/topic/25947-how-to-manually-install-lcpdfr-10-using-the-manual-installation-package/).

Did you try restarting the game and see if it worked after that? It happens apparently from time to time.

I would recommend you to install LCPDFR 1.0a manually by following this guide >(www.lcpdfr.com/topic/25947-how-to-manually-install-lcpdfr-10-using-the-manual-installation-package/).

You can bypass that by using the manual installer I believe.

Set GTAIV and LaunchGTAIV.exe to compability mode for Vista SP1, it should work.

I think they mean that you have that option, not that you have to do it.

Well, in previous versions this did cause some weird bugs. Could be the same here.

Did you force duty when starting the mod?

This mod has spike strips in them, if that is what you seek ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>).
