  1. Nice Steam theme, I use the same :) Anyway, could you try using the manual installation package instead, by following this guide (>www.lcpdfr.com/topic/25947-how-to-manually-install-lcpdfr-10-using-the-manual-installation-package/). Also, launch the game as administrator by going to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe.
  2. Do you have a legal copy of GTA IV? Did you use the manual or automatic installer?
  3. You should be able to press 'e' to order a suspect out of a vehicle. With LCPDFR 1.0, it will automatically check the license of both Driver and any Passengers. EDIT: You will also need to actually pull over the vehicle with the help of LCPDFR, as that is how you use the above features.
  4. I second that statement, glad we could help. Happy gaming!
  5. As said above, you will have to remove 0.95RC2 before installing LCPDFR 1.0, just as it says in the manual. Here is a uninstallation guide (www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/script-data-file-modification-tutorials/how-to-uninstall-lcpdfr-r19).
  6. Well if we have concluded that the crash is indeed caused by ELS enabled vehicles, it may have something to with that your computer isn't really powerful enough to play the game with modded cars. What are your specs?
  7. I think you can tell them not to auto-drive, but just to stay put in the car.
  8. The LCPDFR Master Server is a upcoming feature for LCPDFR 1.0 and is not yet active. It is not related to the crashes you are having.
  9. Yes, but you will not have any lights on it as far as I know.
  10. Sounds like to me the crashes are pretty standard. I will look at those logs tomorrow when I'm on my computer again.
  11. How often does the crash occur? On launch or in game?
  12. You can, but it will crash that is why I asked. What about the last question?
  13. Train Simulator 2014 is good, but the problem is there aren't that many routes which sucks. The DLCs are expensive too. Anyway, Face Noir is a good game but I am not sure it would strike your fancy. Detective style game. The Stanley Parable is also damn good, always finding new stuff there. Also, what kind of games do you enjoy playing?
  14. Glad it worked! Happy gaming :)
  15. Great find! :) I think my dad has these on VHS somewhere...
  16. Do the above, but I think something failed during the installation. It's strange that BF3 is failing too though...
  17. Haha no problem :D Please tell me...did it work? :)
  18. Great! Glad I could help :)
  19. You will have to use the manual installer and use the x86 redists manually, sorry for not being clear enough.
  20. No, just run it from the extracted directory. No need to move it to the root dir :)
  21. Download, run and install this from the directory you get when extracting it (http://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/articles/200145406-Grand-Theft-Auto-IV-Patch-7-Title-Update-v-1-0-7-0-English-1-0-6-1-Russian-1-0-5-2-Japanese-). Run as administrator :) Note: Run the .exe file. :)
  22. Do you have the latest GTA IV patch?
  23. No problem :) Is the "run as administrator" flag/box checked under compability settings (Right click > Properties > Compability tab) for GTAIV.exe and LaunchGTAIV.exe?
  24. Could you reinstall LCPDFR with the manual installation? I think you may have inadvertently removed some files that weren't supposed to be deleted.
