It's a normal windows error, not much to do about it. As long as you run both exe's as administrator it shouldn't be a issue. I recommend you to reinstall LCPDFR with the manual installation package instead, as this has shown to solve some issues.

The area where I live we were able to do that, not lock our doors that is. Now we have had 1 murder and two assaults in my little neighborhood. So you don't always have to go far away from home to find the crime, usually crime finds you.

Capitol may not be the most obvious name for it. It's supposed to be "forceduty" apparently, my bad.

I don't think you can set it permanent, but honestly it doesn't take that long to scroll through them so that would be your best bet. To turn it off, I think the default key is 'x' when using a keyboard, and holding either Left or Right directional pad for a few seconds if you are using a Xbox 360 controller Hope this helps!

Namely: X:Users%username%AppDataLocalRockstar GamesGTA IVsavegames X:Users%username%DocumentsRockstar GamesGTA IVsavegames Note: The AppData-folder is usually hidden, make sure that you can see hidden files. Note 2: “X” is the drive where you have installed GTA IV, and %username% is replaced by your username

I would suggest you using another save, or advancing past that place in the main story to get LCPDFR to work. This is not something that the LCPDFR Developers can fix, since it is not a LCPDFR error per say. You could also delete your save files, but I guess you do not want that.

What do you mean with "french tom appointment thing"? You are not supposed to run LCPDFR during missions, if that is what you mean.
